After waiting almost a week from another company we contacted JP Plumbing to look into a clogged drain. We were contacted in under 15 minutes from Chester to see how he could help. He was at another home and said he would try to get us in today if time permitted or Monday morning. About an hour later Chester called and asked if he could come by to try and get us fixed. It took him no time to clear the clogged pipe and cleaned up his work area.

They were booked to evaluate and find the source of a leak that stemmed from the attic. The tech was aggressive and rude, the office staff was rude, and they marked the service as complete with my home warranty company without so much as looking for the source. The technician stopped mid discussion to take a personal call, walked out the front door in the middle of me sharing the issue, and provided no follow up. I will never schedule with this company again and would actively advise against it.

A leak was identified in our hot water line into our bathroom sink. I reached out online to JP Plumbing & Heating to setup an appointment. They were very prompt in responding and getting something schedule. The technician came out and was very friendly and positive. He got the work done efficiently. JP Plumbing responded quickly and ordered parts and fixed my heat. I was impressed with their service and communication. They were also very fair with pricing. I will be using them again if I have another need in the future.

My AC went out Sunday afternoon, I called Monday morning with no AC and weather has been in the high 80's, so it's been miserable in the house, but they came out a little over 24 hours after my call (everyone else I called told me next week or week after), they fixed my AC in a quick fashion. This is the second time I have used them since the Derecho, and both times they have been responsive and quick to fix my heater exhaust during winter and now my AC issues, during the summer. Friendly people on the phone, and the tech was great, and explained what was happening, Highly recommend there services.

Work with this contractor for my business and my home. The technician couldn’t do the repair so he had to call one of his contacts. Both contractors acted like I worked for them and were incredibly rude. Had another situation where they were called to deal with a leak in the pipe under the sink. They changed the garbage disposal even though one there was brand new. Then the sink wouldn’t drain but the technician left. I called the office back and told them the technician didn’t fix the issue but that he made it worse. I had to wait until the following Tuesday to get the part that they screwed up fixed.

A year and a half ago, I had another highly rated local plumber install a shower valve for me. It failed just a few days ago. After reading their good reviews, I decided to call JP Plumbing. I couldn’t be happier. They installed a new, code-compliant shower valve for less than I paid their competitor. It works great, and will now be easier to access when I need to clean out sediment from my older home’s pipes. Their friendly plumber worked quickly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied!

Mike did an excellent job at coming to my rescue quickly. My dishwasher was overflowing at a fast pace. His work was top notch! I'm so thankful that he came in a short period of time after my emergency call. JP's customer service was excellent. Joy helped me on the phone right away.
She even gave me a call back later to let me know additional information for Service Master. I'm so happy that I've found my new plumbing and heating service. Keep up the great work!!
