We had a pipe break on Sat pm. Someone recommended Nick B. on Facebook. He responded immediately, came out on a Sunday and got us up an running. He was beyond reasonable and my shower looks incredible. JP Plumbing Cooling and Heating is now my go to company when hell breaks loose. Thanks again for everything!

Called regarding leaky bathtub. Same day service very fast and cleaned up work area well. Was super courteous even took off shoes before going upstairs. Haven't had any issues since.

They came to unclog a kitchen drain, shoes on and left mark on the carpet, 3 minutes later he came upstairs with the problem apparently solved, left leaving buckets ofdirt water. 5 hours later it was clogged again, took two days to come again and this time he left the cap of the drain with a hole leaking all over the basement and 3 more buckets of dirty water. Left and the next day it was clogged again. Called them on a Thursday morning and they have not showed up in 4 days.

We have had Dillon to our house 2 or 3 times now and I am very impressed with his work. He is very courteous and friendly. He stays on task and I am very comfortable havinghimin my home. Thank you for the great service. Steve Anliker

Super Fast and great service. Highly recommend. Second time we've needed a plumber in 3 months. Water heater and faucets for washer needed replacing. Awesome!

Don't use these people. I set up an appt for 10/29 which they let me know via email at 2:40pm on the 29th they were not coming, I called and rescheduled for 8am on 10/31, the earliest they could come even though they broke my original appt.. I was told they leave their office at 8:00 and be at my place shortly after. I live 8 mins from their office. I drive by it every day. At 8:45 on the 31st I reached out to them and asked where the tech was, they said he should be there any min he left here 15 mins ago. At 9:05 I called and cancelled the appt. The response was ok I'll let the office know. Obviously they care very little about their customers or potential customers. Stay clear.

All of these reviews are fake. This is a common method from owners to add positive reviews for you to hire them. If you don’t believe me check out all the dates on the positive reviews. It’s not a coincidence there all in the same month.
This business was hired from my home insurance company and it was a terrible experience. The person I spoke to at their headquarters is Joyce. I understand having a bad day but she is terrible. I called her out on her attitude and she blamed it on other people as to why she was not being helpful and would later hang up on me. I would not recommend this company for anyone.

Being threatened with collections on a job left unfinished an pushed off for several months. Extremely up charged for material an work. Had another company finish their job. Now instead of coming to an agreement wants to send me to collections. Very nice until their work is inspected

JP Plumbing is the best. John was polite and professional and got our drain cleaned in no time. Now my wife can get the laundry done!!
