I had furnace not working, no heat. I had new flame sensor and igniter, I also have a clean filter, I did clean the burner, I had new batteries in my old thermostat. I call them because I can't figure what it is... the technician Jeff came in less than 30 mins. He is very professional and he allow me to watch him diagnose the problem. It was the thermostat that he change to make my furnace work again, which I had. Very honest guy. Thank you.
