    Our furnace blower stopped working on a Sunday night around 11 PM, and they were able to come the next morning first thing at 8 AM. It was fixed within an hour or so. The service was good and we appreciated the quick turnaround. Would definitely use them again.

    Denny responded immediately to our query, explained all of our options & the prices we could expect to pay. He advised on the possible best option for our house without being pushy! It was incredible how quickly they were able to remove the old a/c & heating systems and replace them with new ones. We are so glad we went with them!

    Called another company 1st. Couldn't get a tech to my house until noon next day. Called Foster had a tech at my house within 30 mins. Repair complete less than 1.25 hrs. Had motor in stock. Johhny did a helluva job. This was on a Friday night approx 5:30.

    I called on Memorial Day, when they were closed. They put me through to the technician
    on call. He was a wealth of information. He was upfront and honest on how much everything was going to cost. He also asked plenty of clarifying questions ahead of time and even though we didn't end up having Foster service our air conditioner I felt they earned their 5 Stars for how honest they were. Really appreciate them telling me it was going to cost me more from them because they weren't a Lennox dealer and would have to order all parts for more money and would take a few days. They easily could have hidden that information. Really appreciate their honesty and being upfeont.

    I am very pleased with how the people at Foster treated me, from the first person I talked to on the phone to the service and salespeople... my furnace went out early New Years eve and they had someone over to look at it within 2 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and offered a couple solutions. They scheduled the install first thing on their next business day which was Thursday, and they offered to leave space heaters for me to use in the interim. I will definitely recommend Foster to anyone needing furnace service!

    Excellent company. They are swamped with customers yet still are congenial and try to take care of your needs as soon as possible. Wes installed ducts and vents to replace those that were on a 3 seasons room destroyed from the derecho. It was difficult to coordinate the appointment with the builder, we had miscommunicated but they came through and got it done in an absolutely commendable way. Wes was first-rate. He was diligent in his work and was professional in allaying my concerns about completing the entire project in time. Much appreciated!

    So I had my a/c stop working called fosters and had them come to my home to find out i needed $1700 of work at the time i didnt know if my home warranty would cover it or not so i paid the service call fee and told them id call back. my Home warranty came out told me a bunch of wires were unhooked and the only thing they found wrong was my capacitor was burnt up. they replaced the capacitor and clean everything and it has worked since they charged me $66 in total but it was free because of the warranty. My wife has called numerous time to foster for a refund of their unethical quote, and leaving stuff unhooked after they visited. The owner is apparently calling us back the last three times we called. I'm very disappointed in this because at our old house we used them several times and paid 1000$ to this company in the past and how much of it was actually needed????

    Fosters was professional and polite about what was happening in our home and helped us quickly resolve what was wrong. We did not feel like we were getting anything "pushed" on us and they were able to explain what we might need and would want in detail. Wish there was a payment plan option but the warranties more than make up for paying for the service in full. We feel like we made the correct choice for us.
