They have done a commercial job for us at dash coffee downtown Cedar Rapids and also helped us through issues on another contractors install mistakes. The guys started installing the new HVAC Thursday July 20th but were unable to finish. Not a big deal till they said (on Friday morning) they couldn't get back until the following Tuesday. So, I went to the office all mad and ready to argue. Mark stopped what he was doing and came over to the house right away. He got the new system going in a couple of hours. The 5 star is because of how he handled the issue. If he hadn't done that this would have been a 1 star review. Very well done Foster's you deserve the 5 star. I can't speak highly enough of how professionally you handled the issue. Good job guys.
I have to say Fosters did a fantastic job from estimates with Curt to repairs and followed through with everything that was promised and prices were dead on and quick service provided. Very happy with the treatment and they have created a loyal client in us.
Fosters came out the same day when most places told us it would be several days before they could get to us! Told us the issue with our AC, and talked us through our options. No pressure at all! We were very impressed.
The workers came to my house and only gave me one call. I wasnt informed on any of the options before they started any of the work. They did the work without asking if i wanted it done! Theyre super expensive for the time they spend and they dont even explain why something is or what needs fixed. The tech gave me an invoice of hundreds of dollars with nothing written in the box for what was wrong. Never using again.
They got my furnace back to working order. Technician was very efficient and professional. Would be 5 stars if they could have gotten to my house sooner.
Furnace stopped night of 12/9/17. Called them morning of Sunday 12/10/17 and they were here within an hour, replaced a transformer and had us up and running again. Great service, especially on a weekend.
Our air conditioning unit stopped working yesterday afternoon. We called Foster’s this morning and not only did they have a technician at our place 20 minutes after the call, but our air was back on and running within the hour. I can’t thank them enough for their prompt, professional service!

How you conduct yourself in company vehicles is important. Had a fosters van behind me in the drive through and he felt it was nessacary to honk because the line wasn’t moving. It was rude and obnoxious. Now unfortunately that is what I will think of when I think of this company which is unfair to the company itself. I would not want to deal with that impatient man one on one.
