Place is very expensive and I had a need 'outside the box ' to fix undermount sink and they charged me for fix that didn't work. Never came back. They upcharged me for 'green' program but was told my sink couldn't be fixed.
Then, the Countertop guy showed up and fixed it and he's not even a plumber!
Basically I got 2 bathroom faucets replaced correctly for $1k

We've had Bill out to our place twice now to help us out with a water heater replacement, and a blocked sewage line. We've been nothing but impressed by his quick work, professionalism, and thoroughness. No one likes to put hundreds of dollars down on fixing utility issues, but with Bill walking us through what went wrong, what he did to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again, we felt a lot more comfortable with it being a good use of our money. The pricing through Master plumbing was very fair without any confusing or excessive fees. The last time Bill was here, he convinced us to sign up for the Green Club membership, and I can say without a doubt, it has absolutely been worth it. Both times we've had to call for help have been on the weekend. With the Green Club, there is no after hours service fee, along with some other benefits to save us money and keep up on maintenance. In just 2 visits, it's already paid for itself and then some! All in all, if you're looking for good, quality, and competitively priced work, I'd tell you to go to Master plumbing. I just wanted to say how pleased I was today with the service we received from Master Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Gabrielle was great to deal with and I appreciated her interest in helping address an issue we were having with our water heater. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her responsiveness and sincere interest in helping us with the plumbing problem we were having.

Ryan Caldwell was the technician who came out and did the work. This is the second time Ryan has helped us with a plumbing issue. I’ve been very pleased both times. Ryan is always courteous and does a great job. I’m confident that the job will be done and done right when Ryan does the work.

Emmanuel was at my home today to do the yearly checkup on my AC unit. He is truly an asset to your company. Very polite, caring and responsible. Emmanuel had been here before and we visited about his daughter. He is an exceptional asset to your company, goes about his business, checked everything, spoke with me in a very polite and timely manner.

He is a keeper no doubt.

I had them out to do an estimate for a plumbing hook up after a kitchen remodel. The same service at a local reputable plumbing company was significantly less than the estimate I received from Master. I just didn’t want to wait a week for services. Master also charged $73 for an estimate that took 10 minutes. They then called back later and said they could offer me a lower price after speaking with their sales manager. This company is a scam.

The service that I received was great. I have had Master Plumbing do other work in the past Brett E. has been the technician that worked on those projects his knowledge of difficult job installation serves him well. Brett E , Mitch L ,and Mathew E did another great job. I will be asking for these technician on my next job. Thank you

Knowing I had an urgent matter, I called and Gabby she did an excellent job in getting me on the emergency schedule. John C. & Sean S. arrived and walked me thru the steps needed and after approval they efficiently did the water heater replacement. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Thanks Master Plumbing for making my stressful situation go away.

Sean and John came out to replace my kitchen faucet. They had been here once before on another unrelated plumbing issue so it was nice to have the same technicians. They did a great job, they were fast and efficient, kept the area they worked on clean and dry and were knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on things to watch for, types of faucets, why different things were important, etc. I would definitely recommend them and know that for any plumbing or heating/cooling problem I won't need to worry, I just have to call Master Plumbing and Heating. Ryan from Master Plumbers did a great job fixing my outdoor hose faucet and showed me the special beveled washer he put in after cleaning it out. He gave me the option of repair or installing a whole new one, and I chose repair. I highly recommend their fast service--I'd just called this morning.

We’ve had Master Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling come for a few things. One being regular maintenance for our furnace and air conditioner. The biggest job was replumbing our previous house. It was riddled with galvanized pipes, so they professionally upgraded them to Pex. The guys who did the work were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And even though it was expensive, it was well worth the investment.
