Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

We were originally scheduled for AC installation on 6/17, but due to a change, they were able to get to us a day earlier, which in the heat was great news. The installer, Christian, was right on time. He gave me updates on his progress and was cordial and professional. While he got the air conditioner working, he was not satisfied with some levels he was seeing. He took the time to address the issue, fix it, and did a nice job cleaning up. First time using Masters, but the efficiency of the office staff and the skill and professionalism of Christian will bring us back!

I've always had good experiences with Master Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. John and Johnny were very professional, did great work, and explained all repair/replacement options in detail prior to starting work. I will continue to Master Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

Ryan, Brett and Johnny did an awesome job re-piping our home, installing a reverse osmosis system, and installing an air scrubber. They gave us thorough information regarding the installations and ongoing maintenance with them. My husband is a perfectionist and was checking out the plumbing work, and was very impressed with the detail given with the project! It does look sharp and has greatly improved our water pressure as well. We will definitely be going through Master Plumbing for further plumbing, air conditioning and heating needs!!

Mitchell was very efficient and explained everything so that you could understand what he was doing and what the problem was he was extremely helpful if I would rate him on a scale from 1-10 1 being poor 10 being excellent he would be a 10 I would recommend mitch for any heating problems

Excellent service and responsiveness. Joy was great to work with to schedule and follow up on service. Bill McMurray was attentive, knowledgeable, and diagnosed our problem quickly. He thoroughly explained options including pros and cons, then completed the repairs to resolve the plumbing issues. Appreciate the additional work to check surrounding area's and waterlines to ensure issue was resolved. Highly recommend this group for future service.

I had several things done by Master Plumbing and am impressed by their ability to get the jobs done the day I chose and in only about 4 houra. I was given an inspection and estimate by Manny and Ryan did the work. Their work ethic is professional and they cleaned up any mess. Both exhibit professionalism.

You're not going to find a company better at communication. I was given an appointment date and time and they were right on schedule. Very professional start to finish. I had three of them (Bob, Mitch and Richard) descend upon my house like a plague of locusts but one of those locust plagues that leave you in much better plumbing and heating condition. Very pleased with the work and their willingness to any questions I had. Great experience all around.

I originally had them install a gas dryer for me and the service was absolutely great! They were on time and the cost was very fair. Since I had just moved to Marion I signed up for the Green Club which came with free inspections. Austen J. did the plumbing inspection and did a great job. He answered all my questions, provided honest insight, and thoroughly inspected everything. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Edit (1/12/2021): I had to replace my water heater (15+ years old and finally gave out) and Austen did the installation. He did a great job and had the old one out, the new one installed, and was on his way in just about 2 hours. Couldn't ask for better service than that!

Tori was polite when she spoke. However, she called to move my appointment from Thursday to the following Monday because they have people who are of a "higher priority." I get it, medical reason definitely are a priority. Then, I was told I could "purchase after hours" to get quicker service. Excuse me! I can pay more for after hours to get quicker service? (Price gouging at its finest). I said no, and hung up. I called back to speak with someone else (Joy) and she "laughed at me" when I explained what happened. I then said, do you think it's funny? Why would you laugh at you customers? I told her i really hope they are using their recording because her supervisors should hear how she treats customers. Wow! That was so unprofessional! Shame on them for price gouging their customers and for providing such poor customer service.

These guys were great. Despite being extremely busy, they were able to come and check out or AC within a day of me calling. Mitch was super friendly and professional and was able to figure out the problem super quickly and he was able to fix the problem same day. Highly recommend
