Nobody likes not having hot water......and when our water heater stopped working over the weekend, you felt like you were in the stone age....heating water over rocks or something :) But Gabrielle was in contact with us Monday Morning to get a technician on the schedule (same day), and John C. showed up right on time, was open to questions, and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix. And also worked with me to create a quote for a tankless water heater replacement for the 13 year old tank heater.....as well as a re-pipe quote. All in all, was a great experience in a less than ideal situation (no hot water). Would definitely use Master Plumbing again (this is our 2nd experience, we had HVAC replaced last year as well). Christian was prompt & extremely polite. He was concerned about getting my house warm & me being comfortable. He was knowledgeable in his field & took the time to explain what he was testing & the results. It is refreshing to see a young adult in the trades field that takes pride in their work. The receptionists were great also. Very polite & asked the right questions to allow for Christian to do his job. I would recommend Christian & Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

Bill McMurray arrived on time to evaluate issues with 2 toilets. He explained options for repair/replacement in each case and pros and cons of each option. After we selected an option for each bathroom, he worked efficiently and professionally to complete the work. We were very satisfied with the work and would call Master Plumbing again and recommend them to friends. We have actually used Master Plumbing for over 30 years and have been very satisfied with their work.

I've had Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling come out a few times to my home in the last couple of months, and each instance has been very positive. I've had John come out to assist with a clog in a drain, as well as install a new sump pump, and then Bob has come out to assist with a gas fireplace repair. I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of both technicians, and would absolutely recommend either of them.
I've never felt pressured to repair or replace something that might not have been needed, and I also appreciate being told ahead of time what a service/repair might cost. Is this company a little pricier than others? Sure, but I also feel that I've gotten nothing but quality with each visit, so to me, the slightly higher price is well worth it.

I also purchased the "Green Club" membership, which, along with a few other perks, eliminates the service call fees. It's already paid for itself.

All in all, I feel like Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling does quality, honest work, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. 10/10.

Madison and Ahren were my service providers for a heating inspection and were extremely prompt, professional and friendly. They felt like trustworthy and kind people I felt fine about having in my home. Communication and value of service with Master Plumbing has always been great. Highly recommend.

We had Brett come out to take a look at our furnace. He was super nice and professional. He was great at explaining the process of how our furnace works and upgrades we could make in the future. We will definitely be using Master Plumbing again!

Remodeled the shower part of my bathroom about a year ago and did a great job. Everything is still in good shape. They also performed a few minor repairs recommended by the home inspector prior to buying and did all good work.

Just replaced my AC (it was about 30 years old and barely kept up last summer; 78 on the hottest days was the best it could do) and that looks good as well. It was warm enough to give it a test run, and I'm pretty sure we're ready for the summer.

Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has been out to my house twice in the past few months for routine inspections on the AC and furnace units. In both visits, the techs have acted professionally and honestly. Our HVAC system is 31 years old and still works well. I have never been pressured by them to replace it, and was provided with quotes for when it finally decides to quit. Prior to the furnace checkup, the blower was making a strange noise and our technician Christian was able to repair it during the inspection. Very pleased with the service and knowledge of those we have worked with!
