I'm so glad to have found this company! As a single mom, their "subscription" plan gives me peace of mind that my house will continue working well with regular checks. When something goes wrong, they are responsive and helpful - even on evenings and weekends. The work they do is efficient and well done. Very impressed.

Working with Dalton has been a nightmare and a complete joke.
They will try to talk you into a membership before you even get a chance to explain what’s wrong and what you need.
They originally assigned the wrong person for my appointment so I had to wait 2 more days for the “expert”.
The “expert” didn’t know anything and spent the majority of his time standing in my kitchen looking things up on his tablet.
The limited information he gave was astronomically out of my budget, and said he’d “figure the rest out later”. Didn’t solve any of my problems or answer any of my questions.
Called to ask for a refund for my membership a week ago, and it has been ignored. I would have at least considered being civil if they didn’t screw me on that too.
I would highly recommend any other option.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Dalton. My furnace was damaged and they were able to work with my husband and I for replacement through there financing program, upon approval of course. I really recommend this company for there customer service and workmanship. Thank you.

The team that came out was knowledgeable and taught me a bit. Thank you! Dalton sells their membership plan pretty hard - both on the phone call and during the visit after I declined in the scheduling call. I just wanted a simple furnace maintenance check. The lower rating is about pricing communication. The receptionist quoted me ~$155 for the straight service without becoming a member. But once the technician was firm at a higher price (~$205) until I took the hint to google and find a coupon. Then they finally the decided to honor the quote.
Overall, I’m still pleased, they talked through options for once the furnace/AC go.
