Over the past couple of years I have used a couple of different heating and cooling companies to make repairs and upgrade my house. This time I needed my gas fireplaces fixed and not only did they have someone out the next day, they were on time, friendly, and spoke to me in terms that I was able to understand. My fireplaces look brand new and I am beyond thrilled. Customer for life!

Kyle did a great job, came out before my appointment time and took care of everything. Fantastic service, great knowledge and the membership package is great for a first time homeowner. Would recommend Dalton to EVERYONE!!

Awesome job, Furnace went out on coldest day. Only people that could make it same day, were going to come after hours and charge overtime. Dalton's were even able to get here 3 hours earlier then scheduled. It's fixed and I'm warm. Yeah!!!!

Responsive, friendly staff. Technician explained everything very well, and was kind and patient even with a very simple service call.

I was under the illusion that Dalton Plumbing in Cedar Rap[ids would fix my slow drains. Nope! They just scheduled an appointment two weeks from when I called them and then they sent this guy out who looked over all my plumbing and told me my plumbing is old. Well I knew that.

So then he says that will be $171 for today but I could schedule some one to give you a quote and that would be free. I said no thanks.
