Excellent service. They responded within a few hours during peak season while all their competitors told us we had to wait at least a week. Justin was our tech, he was polite and on time. He showed us all the issues and explained what needed to be done. Even though my wife and I are not HVAC techs, we were confident with his explanations. We have subscribed to their inspection plan after this experience.

Justin performed our AC maintenance today. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I recommend the membership. It allows you to keep on top of regular maintenance visits to keep things in good working order. It's also very helpful to know if any work may need to be done in the near future so you can start saving if needed.

Joe fixed everything that needed fixing. He helpfully explained the reason why certain things weren't working and what he would do to fix it.

Lance in the plumbing dept was AWESOME to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, and tolerated me constantly over his shoulder. Lol.

I would highly recommend Dalton. Our air conditioner went out late in the afternoon on a miserably hot day and nobody was available to fix it. I called Dalton and they were able to get a technician out to our house after hours to look at it. Billy was fantastic, diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to get it fixed the same night. He also left a nice little gift of candy for the kids. I 100% recommend Dalton.

Joe Allyn did an amazing job on my electrical! Very nice, respectful and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone.

We will highly recommend Dalton to all our family, friends and coworkers. We had a service scheduled for the next day to come fix our hose pipe that was leaking in the basement. Later, that evening, we had issues with our A/C working and called in the morning to see if we can get someone out. I needed to leave a message, but they ACTUALLY listened to it and sent someone out that morning; one of the guys was even the owner.

All employees were extremely nice and considerate. The owner, who worked on our A/C, informed us that the issue was one of the wires from when another company had come and worked on our furnace in the winter and suggested contacting them to get reimbursed. He also cleaned the A/C which is a service we had scheduled for next month! When they left, we received a "Thank You" card. I highly recommend this company and will continue to work with them for any of our house repair and maintenance needs.

Scheduled a fall furnace tune-up for last week, took entire afternoon off in order to be home, was contacted 15 mins before end of the appt window, tech running behind, rescheduled for today. So...took time off, tech (Kyle) left me a voicemail to confirm, I even confirmed appt with office a few minutes into the appt window, Kyle never showed up or called again. Slipshod stuff, to say the least. 2 half days down the drain.

Both Kyle and Devin were very friendly, professional and prompt. I greatly appreciate the quick turnaround on this and look forward to continue using Dalton moving forward.
