Kohl’s and Bach cleaned and serviced 2 fireplaces for me. They did a great job and also took the time to show me how to remove and clean the glass and how to add batteries for battery backup in case of a power outage. I will call this company again for other service needs.

I’ve used K&B for a number of years & even recommended them to others. This time the office scheduled me for service from 8-noon &when I hadn’t heard from the tech at 11:45, I called the office & was told they had me down from 1-5 that same day. But the tech was very good as always. At one point the office person said she would call me back, but she didn’t so had to call her again. To say the least I was not completely satisfied this time but will continue to use them with the hope that my next experience will be much improved in the area mentioned. Thank you.

Had them fix gas fire place 224 years old changed out pilot’s and thermo couplers sensors good for another 24 years lol

My AC stopped working on a 97 degree day (the outside feels like temp was around 101degrees). I have their annual service plan and once I called the office for a repair call, their technician, Brandon called me back within 4 minutes and was here within half an hour! A part had broken and he had it fixed in no time! I have also used them for annual maintenance of my entire HVAC system and also for my gas fireplace service. I can say they are very good and I have always been happy with the services. Thank you!
