Kohles & Bach Heating & Cooling

Tried this service two years ago when I was shopping for furnace and air conditioning services. Their pricing was competitive and their service has been great. I purchased a service contract to cover fall and spring checks. I usually get a reminder call when it's time for my seasonal maintenance checks which I appreciate. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very happy with Kohl's & Bach.

Been using this company for four years. Brandon came out and as usual was on time. Did the maintenance on the AC and asked if I had any questions for him. He was in and out, got me all fixed up. Very impressive. Thank you again.

Technicians showed up on time. They were courteous, they were careful about cleanliness, explained everything in detail. We would highly recommend this company. They also had a military discount, which I very much appreciated!

Great to work with. Install was fast and the installers very professional. I also had a hot water heater installed and they let me know when they shut the water off and turned it on. Wore shoe covering and covered all my carpets and flooring even when I told them it was not needed since I was going to replace the flooring. Highly recommend this company!!

I was beyond impressed with the service received from Kohles & Bach Heating. While setting my first appointment I didn't know exactly what service I needed, and a technician took time to get on the call with me to walk through what I had and what my concerns were. We scheduled for 1 business day later. Service tech, Brandon arrived for my appointment. He was professional and extremely helpful. He explained things to me and never made me feel hurried or unimportant. He did a thorough inspection of my equipment and showed me how things worked and even helped correct something that was installed incorrectly. He went above and beyond. I never felt like he tried to sell me anything, but actually made valuable recommendations. I will definitely use Kohles again, and I would honestly recommend them.

We had a bird getting into the exhaust of our gas fireplace. Called a number of different companies that would not look at it. They came cleaned out the exhaust and interior of the fireplace. Fixed the screening. Checked the system out and educated me on the system and recommended maintenance. Very polite, professional technician.

I called the day off, when the AC unit at the salon I work at went out. They were super responsive and got someone out that same day. Can’t recommend them enough.

Their HVAC technician Garrette, Williams was excellent to work with, he was point on trouble shooting and is very knowledgable. My broken AC is back ti normal after a week.
