The men who came were courteous and professional. Did their job and cleaned up after themselves. Explained what was wrong and let me know about a repair that would need to be made in the future; but didn’t repair on this visit because it wasn’t necessary.

Serviced our Heatilator fireplace. We had a wrong diagnosis from another company and almost replaced a part that wasn’t bad. Brian immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. Great service, very personable and clearly explained the issue.
