Technician David Gressley showed up and fixed my A/C and charged me $340. 90min. later it quit again, I called Kohles & Bach and Mr. Gressley returned.He then said he found another issue and charged me another $400 on top of what he previously charged to fix it. So what did I pay the first $340 for ? Be forewarned stay away from these guys...

I can't say enough great things about the service I received. From scheduling an appointment to the techs professional, it was top notch. I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues. They very kindly serviced my Heatilator fireplace. 10+ stars!!!

Brian showed up and took care of my gas fireplace in minutes. It wasn't a big job, but it needed done to get it running correctly. I wasn't charged for extra anything I didn't need or want and he was nice enough to show me how to handle the problem if it happens again in the future - which means, Kholes & Bach has made me a happy and satisfied customer and I will turn to them for any other HVAC issues we might have in the future!

They did a great job for us figuring out what was wrong with our downstairs fireplace. Brian was very professional, good at explaining the problem, and kept his work area very clean. I would recommend them again.

Second appointment with Sherrill was amazing also, even with my dogs. K&B have excellent personnel and really I recommend them.

First appointment with Brandon was amazing. Explained everything and even went farther and changed a possible future capacitor failure. Kohles & Bach were great as well, they found a quick schedule and help a lot. Definitely I recommend K&B!!

Our tech Dave was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and kind. Made sure we understood what was being done and why. I'll definitely call them again!

Very efficient and explained what was being done so there was no questions about the service. I like that they email and text when they are arriving along with a picture of the tech.

Kohles & Bach came out and fixed our gas fireplace. Pleasant and efficient. Fireplace works better than it ever did!

AJ did a great job servicing our air conditioners. Answered all of questions and has us ready for the summer season .
