Fireplace service. Philip Velez. Very knowledgeable. Knew the model. ID'd the issue immediately. Quick quote on cost. Repair done efficiently. I asked questions and Mr Velez was very friendly and answered everything while continuing to work. He discovered where a prior service (different company) failed to seal a pilot valve assembly/chamber, allowing carbon monoxide to leak back into the unit and my home. Personable/Professional, that's how I would describe my experience. Definitely recommend. 5/5 rating.

We had our gas fireplace inspected. Phil called before he arrived, was actually early, was very friendly and professional. Completed service quickly. Explained what he was doing and helped us locate a part that needed to be replaced. We will definitely use Kohles & Bach for our future needs.

We had a whole home humidifier installed on our furnace. Service technicians arrived right on time and were efficient, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how it works, maintenance, and answered all our questions. Techs also did a great job with cleanup.
