Our AC unit motor was failing becoming louder and louder. We had the unit inspected and found it was also low on coolant and continuing the inspection it was found that the furnace was in need of replacement too. They were prompt with their expertise and assistance. They were able to complete the installation quickly and they were very professional and courteous. Thank you Connett Servies!

The technician was very good. However I had told the dispatcher that I had to leave at 11:30 on the morning they were to come and was told that would work because the technician would be here early. That information was never passed on to the technician and he arrived at 11:35 or so. Since my son was home, it worked, but he works and it was not usual he would be home at that time. It worked, but I was unhappy the technician was not given the special instructions I had made sure the company had.

Chris at Connett services is fantastic. We had trouble with our HVAC unit and December and had Connett come out through our HSA. Chris came out on Saturday and was a pleasure to work with and got us up and running. Come spring and our AC was having issues so we requested Chris specifically and again he didn’t disappoint. Very professional and knowledgeable guy.

Our house is warm in the extreme cold. System is living up to it's American Standard name. Connett's crew was great to work with even on time! Roy the owner listened to my current needs and my future needs, he gave great advice and solutiond. I had several options and brands to choose from. I highly recommend this company. I will give a future update as equipment ages and service is required.

New customer. Made a service repair appointment. Technician came out and told us what was wrong and what he would be replacing. Then after replacing it said he went through the tune up check ups and nope that wouldn’t actually fix the problem and we needed a new unit. This seems very shady to me. Still told me I needed to pay for what he replaced even though it did nothing. Not honest at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

From the dispatcher who took my call to the technicians that installed my water heater: hands down the best service I've had. I was so thankful to have fast, professional service when I needed it most. The price was very reasonable and competitive. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family!

Mike and David were amazing. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It was really hot that day and God Bless them. They did an amazing job.

Had our AC repaired through our home warranty program. The process was really simple and quick. Had to wait a few days for someone to be able to come out, but I'm sure all HVAC companies are crazy busy at the beginning of summer. Would use them again if another issue arises. *Knock on wood*
