Connett Services went above and beyond to ensure we were not stranded without air conditioning on the hottest week of the summer. They were able to install the A/C unit faster and cheaper than their competitors. I can't recommend Connett Services enough for HVAC needs.

I was forced to use Connet Services for an AC replacement and repair through HSA Home Warranty. The owners of Connet Services proved to be non-responsive, rude and disrespectful. The owner (Roy) was especially uncaring, threatening and rude and his wife even more so after having to contact them for emergency services on a Saturday afternoon. They denied having received orders from the Warranty company, even though I have emailed confirmation of the contact and authorization for repairs at 12:29pm Saturday. After having to suffer through another few days of no air conditioning, they finally came out on Monday and attempted a repair. Their technician did not test the system before he left and the system STILL was not operable, but he left anyway without contacting me. When I contacted their scheduler, I asked to speak to an owner to help finally resolve the situation. Mr Connet contacted me and was very uncaring that his technicians did a less than adequate job, did not test their work and threatened me.

I cannot begin to express my frustration with a company that shows this level of apathy to customer support, customer service and distain for any adult level interaction.

I have contacted the Warranty company that they are contracted with and will do my best to have them eliminated as a contractor.

I suspect Mr Connet, due to his belligerence and treatening manner will most likely attempt to have this review removed, but I will keep reposting it as I can.
