Even with a high volume of calls due to a recent winter storm, this company stayed in touch with updates as to when their tech would be arriving. The tech was extremely friendly and explained what was wrong and how the part affected the heating system.

The tech that came today was very friendly but unfortunately he could not get are smart thermostat to connect to the internet. Still waiting for a solution.

Our neighbor used Connett Services for system upgrades and installation and were extremely pleased. We called for recommendations and cost, we had looked and shopped around and the price from Connett Services was fare for a two story job. The service was better than we have ever had with HVAC systems. The crew was ontime, courteous, workmanship was great and clean up was a breeze no disregards around.

The Technician was great, very good service. The Customer Service Agent that answered the phone when I called to report the issue could be little more professional. Price is more than average I think. I don’t know if I will use them again because of the price being on the higher end .

Roy Sr. arrived in time to write up a quote for a new HVAC system. I'd heard some other companies not speak highly of the LuxeAir system, but Roy spoke directly to that and eased my mind. He gave me a clear quote and talked me through what to expect from his company. He answered all my questions & took time to educate me on his recommendations. His team was able to get me in a week later for a new HVAC install. Mike & Dave arrived on-time, they were professional & kind. They worked efficiently to get my system set up. They answered all my questions. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

We are so glad we went with Connett Services to install our HVAC system years ago... After placing a repair call to them, they were able to get us in with in 24 hours of call.
Chris did an amazing job! He was kind enough to let me follow him and explained to me what was happening with our system.
The only draw back was I had informed the office that my husband was out of town/state and to call/text me on my phone, they called/texted my husband instead. It was a good surprise for me when Chris just showed up.
