Needed a second opinion on some expensive repairs another company wanted to do on my furnace and Connett's tech didn't see a need for a majority of the repairs. The tech was very straight forward and didn't try to sell me unnecessary stuff. I will be giving them a call first next time before using anyone else.

Professional, fast (for a cold weather crisis; as in hours and not days or weeks) and always friendly service. Connett quality is consistent, they've had to 'rescue' me and repair my furnace before with the same outstanding results, and I've heard the same opinion from neighbors, family and friends that I've recommended to this company.

When I have to seek repairs the first thing I do is check reviews, from real people with real experiences (fake reviews aren't hard to spot). So I'm sharing mine with you. I am very critical of less than good service and outspoken about it in reviews, as is the case too often, I'm one tough and hard to please customer.

So when I recommend Connett, it's earned and well deserved. Chris, thanks again, for a job well done!

Rick came out today to fix my AC. My AC would turn on but wouldn’t blow air through the house. Rick not only fixed the problem but went above & beyond!!! He showed me how to properly clean my AC unit. Told when me when the best time to do it is. Last year HVAC guy didn’t properly & efficiently get it cleaned out. He also connected a blue wire on my HVAC system I will need to hook up my new thermostat tomorrow. I learned so much & so incredibly grateful for Rick today!!! He is AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable, willing to teach homeowners, thoughtful & kind!! Thank you Rick for all you do for homeowners like me!! You are appreciated & valued!!

I have an HSA warranty on my home I moved into in June of this year, and had an offer for a routine check up. Since my furnace is over 20 years old I for sure wanted to do that. Christopher Marks was the technician I got a text saying he was on his way, and he was there less than 15 min later. He was very nice, and professional. Also put booties on when entering the home. Very satisfied, and will use again.

This company misdiagnosed a furnace issue for me about 10 years. When I saw that they were the company that was coming to work on my current problem I decided to give them another chance. I am so glad I did. The technician Chris was so nice and professional and got my problem solved right away. I could have missed out on such a great experience if I had decided not to use this company over a problem that happened 10 years ago. I will alway believe in 2nd chances. I’ve been given 2nd chances many times.

I purchased a new American Standard Heat Pump, Humidifier and Furnace in spring 2018. I have done maintenance checks with them. Have had a few service calls. Really enjoy working with them as they are a family owned business, fair with pricing, respectful, and accommodates for their customers. You can really count on them. When I call, they can usually get out within a day or so. Not only is the company good to work with, but Chris Marks is the BEST! He is respectful, kind, timely, experienced, and always gets the job done. He's usually the guy that comes out to my house when I have a need. Great communicator and trustworthy. I appreciated the quality and level of services provided to me. The technician was really helpful and responsive in asking my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process of installing my new AC and the thermostat. It’s never been cooler in my house until now! Definitely recommend!

If you work with Connett because of a home warranty, then be aware. Their service might be wrong, and if it is, then they will have you file a new claim to fix it, possibly making you incur additional charges.

We were assigned Connett for our seasonal furnace check. The tech said everything checked out ok but after they finished and left we noticed the system wasn't putting out heat, and soon after our thermostat stopped working.

Connett wouldn't give us the time or day when we followed up, instead telling us to file a new home warranty claim (and incur a new charge).

Instead of going through that hassle we had a different local HVAC company come out and quickly diagnose and fix the problem. It turns out the Connett tech did not wire everything back up correctly, which could have ended up damaging our system.

This was in addition to the same tech at Connett being assigned to us earlier in the year for our A/C check. For that service the tech also misdiagnosed a problem with our system. A different company was assigned to fix that problem, but when they went to fix the "problem" they discovered Connett had misdiagnosed the problem. The second company was able to correctly troubleshoot the issue and fix it. That tech was just struck by how the Connett tech missed the "obvious" problem.

Needless to say, we'll avoid Connett whether by choice or through home warranty.

Juan was great! Our air is just a couple yrs old. Came home to a hot house.. could not get air to work. He found the issue & fixed.. also it was under warranty!!! House is still very warm.. called & was informed it could take up to 24 hrs for it to cook completely due to the heat outside
