Worker showed up quickly. He was very professional and friendly. Had the part in his van that needed replaced. Had us up and running in matter of minutes.

Very professional and helpful! Took the time to give me advice on how to care for my AC and some tips and tricks.

Rick was so helpful! As being a first time home owner he discussed everything we need to know about our furnace and made sure we were taken care of.

Scheduled a Pre-Season Check in October and was called to have the appointment rescheduled 4 times due to issues on Connett's end. They were supposed to show up Friday, December 2nd to finally complete the request through our Home Warranty company and never showed up. The tech that was supposed to arrive on 12/2 called later in the evening, close to 6pm and apologized and asked if he could come on Saturday or Monday and told me whatever time works for me since all of the scheduling issues and then the day the tech and I agreed on I got a call from some woman telling me they won't come complete the service because the tech scheduled it at a time that doesn't work. I told them to forget it and got our money back because this has been nothing but a run around and when you are given a time frame most people have to take personal time off from their full-time jobs and I had already used 2 full days of PTO for a company that never showed up or would call during the 4 hour time frame to reschedule.... Connett Services is a terrible unreliable company with terrible customer service. After reading all these reviews I am extremely happy no one showed up to touch anything in our home as it seems they make issues pop up that weren't happening prior to their arrival. What a joke of a company!

Initial assessment completed by Juan of the problem. Follow up to be completed by myself with the warranty company and Connectt. Appreciated Juan's professionalism and explaining possible problem and resolution with my leak from the pvc pipe into my furnace.

Roy came out to provide a quote for a complete furnace and ac replacement. Very professional and detailed about the quote process and answering my questions

Another contractor told me I needed a $3600 repair, they were prompt, honest, and super friendly. I'm grateful I got a second opinion before jumping on the repairs they could have just confirmed what they said and taken my money for an unnecessary repair but they didn't. I will be using them from now on!

Connett ALWAYS provides the best service. Any service needed is generally addressed that day by a tech. They really do appreciate their customers and service them well. Roy and crew are great! We bought a new furnace and air a year ago from them and we couldn't be happier.
UPDATE: 10-5-21. They cleaned our vents and were, as usual, very professional, clean, Courteous and on time. We've never had a bad experience and to the contrary, always pleased.
UPDATE 5/19/23. We had our spring check and as usual their service was outstanding. Braulio was our service person and he was great.
