Great customer service from Connett Services !!! I was nice to them they were nice to me !!! Called with a dead Air Conditioner and they were out to take a look the same day. It helped that it was 37 degrees out and rainy but they were all very helpful and friendly. More to come on the Installation.......Installation was yesterday 5-3-2017 Every thing went great. Thanks Connett Services for a job well done !!!

If there was a 6 stars, I'd give it. Roy and the techs Brandon and Cody were all fantastic when our furnace went out in the middle of winter. We called Monday, they had it replaced on Tuesday. I honestly can't thank these guys enough. Do not ever hesitate to call Connett, I'll be a customer for life.

Had a great experience when they came to fix my furnace as it was unbalanced and shaking. He was able to easily figure out what’s wrong and fix it within an hour or so. Was also super friendly and polite. Would reccomend their services to anyone.

I do wish they called me when they were on their way to my home but he did show up at 8:15am when the window was from 8-10am so was nice to have him come pretty early so we could get it done!

I received a coupon in the Valu Pack for a cleaning and tune up for 59.95. I thought this is great! When the Tech came he was so polite and very professional. I was happy with his visit and would certainly use Connet Services again.

I had my first appointment with Connett Services today. Chris, the serviceman was prompt, earlier than expected, very nice, thorough, and extremely helpful. I had a disconnected vent pipe he was able to reconnect for me in no time. I had no idea how long this pipe was disconnected but someone else found this for me yesterday. I will for sure being using Connett Servies again. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were safe with the vent pipe and cleaning of Furnace and AC. Also shout out to Sweet Deals and Connett Services, I was able to purchase a voucher here that I used today for a discounted price and would have not know to try Connett if it wasn't for this. Thank you for evertything!

I was very impressed with the services provided by Connett today. We have a home warranty and the first company turned away the service request as they were too busy. I had to call and find that part out. I called the home warranty company and they assigned Connett. Received a call in 10 minutes to schedule appointment. They showed up as scheduled and called prior to arriving. Fixed my air! Thank you for the great service today.

After having issues with another HVAC company our warranty company sent out Connett Services. Roy was a pleasure to do business with. He was prompt on his arrival time and was very professional and friendly. He took the time to go over all of our equipment and answered our questions thoroughly. Even though our issue was just a common structural problem, he went over all of our options and gave his professional opinion on what would be best for our particular home. He did offer one tip that didn't cost a thing that has helped with our cooling issue. He was a prime example of how quality customer service can make or break a business. Would recommend!!!
