We had a 20 year old furnace that the Connett team worked amazingly hard to keep running for several months. When it was time time to throw in the towel and get a new one, everyone from the owners, custom service and installation crew were simply amazing helping my family feel confident and comfortable getting our new system up and running and answering all of my questions. They installed a wonderful product and did amazing work. It feels great knowing I can pick up the phone and call a company that will truly be there for me for any service or installation needs. Thank you all at Connett Services. I will recommend you to any and all.

Just bought a new furnace and air conditioner from this company and I couldn't be happier with the service. Not only were they able to install quicker than anyone in town but they did it on a very cold day and my wife said she experienced amazing customer service from the installers. I want to personally Thank the company for sending Juan out to fix the issues that I was experiencing with my unit the next day. Again Amazing customer service and they honored their warranty. The furnace is running great and the house is warm. I Highly recommend this company for peace of mind.

Was quoted a certain price and then changed price completely. The lady in office completely lied about our conversation about the price and services the tech would do !!!

We had lost AC a few weeks ago when it was 90°+ for a week or more. It had been down for a couple of days and it wasn't proving to be easy to find someone to come out. I was pulling out of my driveway when I saw a Connett Service van sitting next door for my neighbor. Roy Jr. had been waiting for my neighbor who wasn't around and was more than happy to help us out - not only did he have us running in under 20 minutes because it was our stupid Mid American summer saver LCR controller causing us all the problems, but he quoted us a new system since we knew ours was likely on borrowed time. The service was not only fast but proved very affordable as well.

Fast forward to today, we had a whole new heating and cooling system installed - we paid for exactly what we needed and nothing more. Everyone wanted to replace ductwork, electrical, gas and a bunch of items that were still very serviceable for about $4,000 more. The techs did a fantastic job of cleaning up, kept my wife well informed as to progress and did very clean work of running the items they needed. Time will tell if the Luxaire product will be as good as our old Coleman system, given they are under the same manufacturer we don't have any worries. The other lasted 15 years and ran until removed. Here's to another 15 hopefully.

Had golden rule come out. They told me it was gonna be $2800 for a new fan and a circuit board. I was not convinced called Connett they came out and found a drain hose that was plugged up. I will definitely use them and recommend them from now on.

I had an HVAC heat system check done by Connet Services through our home warranty company for a house my wife and I just purchased. Our HVAC system is 23 years old. Juan was our service technician and he was very informative and answered all of my questions well and honestly. He said our system looks great and looks and operates half its age. No sales tactics. No bull. He recommended some preventive maintenance and explained why. He came out the next week as stated and got the job done. Good all around experience from scheduler to technician with this company. Will call again!! Thank you!

Overall good experience. Wes came out today and did a fantastic job. He made sure we understood what was wrong and what needed to be done. He displayed fantastic customer service. When we called the after hours number last Friday, I was less than impressed with the gentleman that answered. He was not very polite and could use a lesson in customer service from Wes.

Connett Servies came out for a preventative maintenance vist on the AC. Juan was on time, professional, explained everything in detail what would be done during this service. Highly reccomend Connett Services!!

They fixed my water heater that was leaking today. In the past, they installed a new furnace and new air conditioner. Roy and Lori are the best and I would never use any other company for my heating/cooling needs!

Customer service was exceptional. They were friendly, called ahead before showing up, and delivered great service on site.
