Great customer service and professional job well done! As a somewhat new homeowner in the area, I'm glad to have found a company like Colony.

Haven’t had heat for 3 days. I called when the office opened. The service tech was at my house by noon. Checked it out listened to what I had already done. Was able to figure out was wrong with it and made some temporary fixes to get me the heat I need it.

Colony is wonderful. So nice to have a repair service who doesn’t look at you like a number and offers you great personal service.

We had a small leak. The service person who scheduled our appointment was very friendly and got us set up quickly (appointment about 3 days later, which was fine since it only leaked when we used a certain shower).

The person who came to assess the leak was very polite and efficient. They found a small issue very quickly and immediately replaced the gasket responsible. They were very friendly, even charming my temperamental dog. They were also very up front about the possibility of more extensive repairs and advised us to monitor the area for a while to make sure everything was fixed.

Definitely would recommend.

Henry had a systematic routine for cleaning and the repair of my gas fireplace. I expected only a repair but received a full service clean, paint, tuning of my unit all done professionally and efficiently.

They installed a humidifier for the whole house it took about and hour for them to install it. Verey pleased with the service. definitely going to go threw them again.

I have used Colony for years and have nothing but good things to share about their technicians. With that said the office staff member who handles service calls is not responsive to needs of the customer combined with dangerous winter conditions. She did not offer solutions but only roadblocks to setting up service call. I had to ask if they had emergency service available. Called a competitor; not only did the service scheduler offer suggestions to help analyze the problem, but did offer emergency service assistance at half the cost that was quoted by Colony.

Came home from vacation to frozen water pipes and non-working furnace. Within two hours, Colony had the furnace fix (on a Saturday!). Highly recommend!

Quick response time and Gary did a great job diagnosing our AC issue and fixed it immediately. Very thankful!

Colony is great! Always responsive to getting out here as quickly as possible. Workers are always friendly and knowledgeable.
