Colony Heating and Air Conditioning

I have been a customer of Colony for over 20 years. They have been consistently excellent for all those years. This week they came out the day after I called and added refrigerant and a leak sealer.

Our furnace quit working so I called Colony late in the afternoon and requested a service call for the next day. John the technician showed up first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. We have used Colony for various things over the past 3 years and have always been happy with the service and the people.

The Team Josh and Cory showed up punctually. They were courteous and friendly. They installed the fireplace efficiently and professionally. The provide good instruction regarding the use of the fireplace.
Would recommend this team from Colony for future work.

Super nice people, professional and honest. Another company was pressuring me for a $4200 replacement that I felt was excessive and Colony accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than $400, and were able to explain the issue clearly.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very appreciative that he took the time to explained in detail how to work my new thermostat.

I've relied on Colony for close to 30 years for annual check ups for furnace and central air conditioning.
I'm also glad that they provide plumbing services. They are great to work with in scheduling service and are promptness.

Matt, who estimated and proposed a replacement for our furnace answered all my questions and gave us an estimate within what I expecting. The installers arrived on time with a call ahead. They estimated about hours to install and that what it took. They did a nice job installing and cleaning up.
