They were professional and helpful and affordable! You can definitely count on them in a pinch! I also am happy and comfortable with how they explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it.

My air conditioning went out at 5pm. They responded within the hour and worked until almost midnight to make sure it was fixed. On a Saturday night! Impressive.

The petcock to the basement toilet did not stop the water gushing under the toilet tank. I turned off the water main last night. I phoned Colony the next morning. The plumber arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue so thar the water main could be turned on.

Lawrence was awesome. He called ahead and was very prompt. Very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Thank you!

The guys called before they came, they were on time, very polite, made sure I knew how to run from heat to air. I also hit the wrong button a few days ago and shut the fan off, he made sure I remembered how to leave it on, and nice think is theses guys didn't make me feel stupid as some many do dealing with older people

I was able to get a fast appointment and they arrived on time and were done very quickly. The technician was super friendly.

Fireplace failed to light with wall switch.
Switch was failing, but a clean & check was performed. I thought price est. was high, but watching Henry perform the task proved valuable. Very pleased with his work & the visible change in unit appearance & operation. Thank You

Air conditioner wasn’t working. They sent a tech out, who diagnosed the problem. He went and got parts needed and had everything up and running within 2 hours.
