Our repair man was personable and informative/honest. The receptionist in the plumbing service dept. could work on being more personable though.
Update: we have the same problem after our service the 2nd time that required a call back and there has been no response from this business a week later. What started out as good service went downhill. Unfortunately we will not return or recommend.

Colony installed a gas fire heater in our cold basement. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered our questions, very courteous, and very clean! We just installed new carpet. I have used Colony to install duct work, maintenance my A/C and furnace. They are very professional and very upfront with what your costs will be. They do great work.

I contacted Nick for an estimate to hook up a gas line for my patio fire table. The landscaping crew had buried the poly pipe previously. I received advance on multiple installation options and the quote once I made some decisions. Josh did the hook up, and took the time to ask me questions along the process to make sure the finished product is what I needed.

Cost is the only issue I have. Just a few years ago a maintenance check was $100, now it is $300. I am positive they didn't increase wages 300%.

TJ came out today to do some maintenance and cleaning on our 27 year old Temco gas fireplace. It had not had any maintenance or cleaning ever. TJ arrived on time and was very professional and concerned about keeping his workspace and our house clean. He worked efficiently and thoroughly. We needed to have some parts replaced and TJ was able to take care of that as well. He took our non-usable, very dirty fireplace and returned it to us clean and functional. We really appreciate all he did for us!
