Colony Heating and Air Conditioning

Fireplace repair. The reason this was only four stars is because I had to wait 3 months for a service call. Craig was knowledgeable and professional. Edit: turns out that Craig’s first repair did not work. It took another 4 months for Colony to order the part and finish the repair. Would not recommend Colony service.

Lawrence was AMAZING. He
went above and beyond my expectations. He diagnosed the leak under the sink as the garbage disposal needing replaced, which we suspected. He also helped resolve an issue with our washing machine/water issue. Both an appliance repair person and a plumber from another company looked at it and neither knew what the issue was or how to resolve it. He checked our battery backup on sump pump to ensure it would work. Then he gave me tips on working with a bathroom sink that was gunky. We're really grateful for his exceptional service and workmanship.

Lawrence was friendly, professional and explained clearly what I needed. I had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and he was able to get here the same day I called. I now have my water back on! Thank you.
Update: Kyle and Jacob replaced my washer water lines.( Lawrence found a crack in washer line and had to shut off) They were professional, friendly and timely. Their work was above and beyond! I highly recommend Colony for your plumbing and heating needs.

Service Technician Tanner was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly & efficient while performing a complete service check and cleaning of my air-conditioning system. I was extremely impressed & very satisfied with his work.

I had a issue with my old furnace leaking carbon monoxide in my house because of a cracked heat exchange. They came out same day I called, diagnosed the issue, gave me options including telling me about the current warranty on my old system that I never would have known about, and were very straight forward about and pricing. I chose to get a new furnace and they were able to get it installed Monday of the next week. New setup looks great, works great, and they left my basement cleaner than it was before they came. Exceeded expectations and very professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

This basement fireplace has been a lemon. Colony has continually trouble shooted to get to the root of the problem. We are finally there thanks to JD. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are professional, diligent, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Thanks for all you have done and continue to do for us!

Nick and john were wonderful to deal with. They were on time professional friendly and when I had questions they We're happy to answer them. I would use them again and have Already scheduled my yearly maintenance colony.

We had Colony Heating come and service our fireplace. He went though and checked every thing on the fireplace, cleaned it miraculously, and showed us how to operate our fireplace. We had excellent service. The person that serviced our fireplace was very knowledgeable and courteous. Colony will be by getting all of our business!
