Colony can do it all. They have helped with new bathroom installation, plumbing fixtures, and fixes throughout the house. They are professional, helpful, honest, and do a great job.

We had ceramic logs installed and gas starters converted lines in two fireplaces. And a new set of glass doors installed in one fireplace. Our installer Andrew did an excellent job, was pleasant and informative. He cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. We're very happy with the results! Would highly recommend Colony for your fireplace needs!

Fireplace work? Make sure you get a quote from these guys. When judging the quote, ensure you understand they are incredibly professional and knowledgeable on the subject and you will have an incredible fireplace when the project is done.

Our AC was not cooling. This unit was installed new 8/21 and when we started it up for the 2023 season, it was not putting out cold air. The service representative said freon was low and discovered a service line core leaking at unit. He tightened the core and added a sealant material to the cap. We were not charged for the freon. He also clean the condenser coils.

I was concerned that I had a major plumbing problem. Colony came out & had it fixed in a half hour. I'm very happy with their service.

Colony was able to schedule me same day and didn’t charge an emergency fee. Lawrence was fantastic!! He fixed the leak under my new bathroom vanity in about 8 minutes and we chatted about my leaky kitchen faucet, which, unfortunately, is too old for repair. He was so personable and nice!

They installed 2 gas fireplace inserts. Due to unknown ductwork they ended up going with Plan C. It involved additional work they weren’t planning on, but nonetheless, they got right on it and completed most of the installation in the time allotted for my job. My installers were kind, knowledgeable, dedicated to the job, left my house in immaculate condition, and just all around very nice men. It was a pleasure working with them. I’d highly recommend Colony to anyone.

Had a problem with our furnace and Colony came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. John the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. They get busy with scheduling because they are good. Have used them for 20yrs and will continue to do so.

Kyle was great! He was helpful and knowledgeable about our problem and did his best to get our sump pump working again. Colony was very responsive and have great customer service. I won’t go anywhere else!
