Very prompt and courteous service…when I called the previous evening I expected to leave a message on the recording service, but I actually talk to a real person for after hours messaging. The technician called me 10 minutes before he got here and fixed our problem promptly.

Tanner Schmitt called me fifteen minutes before arriving at our home, put covers over his work shoes and did an excellent job repairing our furnace in an expedient manner. Tanner found and explained to me the cause of our furnace problem. I have complete confidence in Colony and Tanner in doing the repair right. A shout out also to Tammy for getting me in the furnace repair cue as soon as she did. Thanks!

Colony came out during an ice storm to repair our furnace. Tech was courteous/knowledgeable and replaced a bad pressure switch. Very satisfied with Colony.

Craig was amazing! He came out for general furnace maintenance on our 3 year old Trane. He found a condensation issue with the outside vent and made sure it was fixed at no additional cost to prevent future issues. Also took the time to make sure the humidifier (which was previously attached to the old furnace and not installed by Colony) was working properly, check our water heater (again, not installed by Colony) and gave us tips about smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors and a possible issue with our natural gas line that he advised us to keep an eye on. He went above and beyond and we really enjoyed having him visit. Thanks, Craig! Looking forward to seeing you in the spring for the a/c maintenance!
