Stay away from this company. We called for a quote after seeing their buy an air conditioner get a furnace free marketing ploy. Basically all this was is a marketing tool to catch your attention. The guy that showed up was very pushy, kept adding accessories to my system saying this would be optimal for my home. At the end the total came to around $11,500. That is including a “free” furnace. BUYER BEWARE

We had Mike from Home Comfort Experts come out to check and tune up our furnace and AC, having just bought this house a couple of months ago. Mike was friendly and professional, and super organized. He also wore a mask without being asked to, which hasn't been the case with all the service companies I've dealt with since COVID hit. I don't know how their prices compare to competitors, but my impression of this company is excellent. We'll definitely be using them for repairs and upgrades.

They did a great job. The person they sent was very knowledgeable. Had been to my house before so knew what current problem was. Was able to fix it and did save me some money. I'm glad I made the switch from my previous company. Also the service person was very Timely on the appointment and was very respectful of everything in the house down to wearing shoe socks so that you would not be tracking dirt into the house.

Excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. I was told all the details of what was included during the inspection and maintenance of my furnace. Dan was our technician and he did a wonderful job with the inspection and explaining everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing service done to any system in their home. The membership club is a great program as well and we are considering joining for the awesome benefits that are offered. Home Comfort Experts will absolutely be my go-to company for the rest of our time in our current home. This company rules.

Run far away from this company! Their main goal seems to be to sell you a whole new furnace! We had a guy from them come out for $169 for a service call. The first thing he said was that we needed a new furnace. Then, he told us if we wanted to change the part that was actually broken, it’ll cost $1000 to replace and the furnace will still need to be replaced. Instead, we got another opinion and we were able to change the part for $200. This company is the most expensive in town so go somewhere else to save some money! They aren’t experts as they call themselves, just another company buying out all the small ones in south bend.

Just had a furnace & air conditioning unit installed. Great job by install guys Dave & Jose. Friendly, clean, efficient, careful of surroundings, and just great. I'd take them again. Our salesman, Glen, took care of us in the fastest way possible which was critical. We needed it replaced asap, and the install guys + Glen made it happen. And considering our house was up to 92° by the time they got finished, they were troopers! We didn't have a lot of time to shop around, plus the financing assistance was needed, so they kind of had us in a corner when it came to how flexible we could be on the unit and the cost. We ended up with a higher end & higher efficiency (ergo higher cost) unit. However, I would still recommend Home Comfort and their team. --------- Addendum: finally got our ducts cleaned (included in the aforementioned install). Andrew F. was the guy they sent. He was friendly & got the job done well. Showed us before & after pics and patiently answered the plethora of questions we had. All said, he was great & we would gladly welcome him into our home again.

Nathan was awesome. He was very helpful and informative. I’m looking to get my ducts cleaned next and I’m sure they will do a wonderful job. Steve did an excellent job for me today, installing a new water softener and correcting some plumbing problems. He was very patient in answering a multitude of questions that I had, and I really appreciate the time he spent doing that!! He went above and beyond, which has been my experience with all of the Home Comfort Experts technicians! As a new customer, I couldn't be happier!!

My last few experiences have not been that great. They Came early but early is better than late. Did a Seemingly thorough job and explained everything He did after service complete- very happy with his communication Skills. Great job this time.

Home Comfort is the best service company I have ever dealt with. They do it all the right way and the product is superior. I have had them do work at my home a dozen times and they never come up short from scheduling, to letting you know who is coming and when they are arriving to fully explaining the work they do before and after. I have called them on holidays, Sunday’s and at night and they have always taken care of the problem. A great company and some really fine people.
