Jeff was great. While visiting our daughter we called Home Comfort Experts to fix some plumbing issues with her kitchen sink and Jeff did not quit til he found the problem. He also worked us in to his busy schedule to come back and finish the job. We really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

The office staff is friendly and quick to please. you make us feel like we are your only and #1 customer! Your service is outstanding, quick, and your techs are friendly, and really know their craft. They are also on time and are very thorough. Your prices are reasonable too. We have had you install a water heater, a furnace, and central air system. we switched to you several years ago because we just couldn't get good dependable treatment or service locally. We could not be more pleased and are so glad we switched to Home Comfort. 5 stars for sure!

Dec 30th our furnace died. On Jan 2nd our water heater died. I called a competitor out, without looking at the house he gave me a quote for a new furnace/ a.c.. I saw the Home Comfort commercial and decided to call them. John measured the house, measured the windows, did his math. And explain in detail what our options are.
Due to some phone problems on our side, John’s boss told John to get the crew out and get the job done. “We will figure out the details later.” Which we did. We are overwhelmed with their service.
The crew was great, wish I got their names. Courteous, got the job done in a quick manner, expert service.

I scheduled a heating checkup for the upcoming season. Alex McNeely was my Service Tech this morning. He was very thorough and when he was done, explained his findings and what he had done as far as maintenance on my furnace and humidifier. I have had a great relationship with Home Comfort for 12 years and trust them & their service techs. I have never had a concern that I wouldn’t be provided with great service and care. I have been a Comfort Club member every year since my systems were purchased & installed by Home Comfort. I highly recommend this option as it provides checkups prior to the season your furnace or A/C will be in use. I recommend them for your heating & cooling needs.

Danielle was very professional and helpful in her recommendations. got us a very good deal. Tim did an awesome job! Very courteous, and polite. He and his helper put in 2 furnaces and 2 central air units. And got it all done in 2 days! I was highly impressed. And they even swept the floors! Thank you Tim!

The technician was terrible, guessed diagnosis to make me buy another AC unit

This is the third time I have had my furnace inspected but the first time by Home Comfort Experts. Where the other two companies were in my home less than 15 minutes, my tech today was here 2.5 hours and did a thorough inspection, using a flexible lens to search deep inside the furnace. He video recorded three holes inside, found a burn mark on the circuit board, and discovered cracked chimney pipe that was allowing carbon monoxide into my home. I have to admit, another company did notice the up-front circuit board burn a year ago. I really trust the work Chad did because I watched him.

Today they installed my new system and it was amazing! These guys were in and out in half a day and left the place cleaner than when they found it. Also hauled away all the old equipment.

I wanted to talk about Danielle Pointer, sales rep. Danielle came out a year ago and spent a couple of hours with us, explaining all the options and possibilities and making recommendations. This was after she knew we were not planning to purchase for at least a year. Of course, we called her yesterday evening when it was time to get new equipment and she was right there and got financing approved and contracts ready so quickly that they were here to install bright the next morning.

Zack was the service technician but his picture is not in the list of techs. He had been here before for furnace service and was kind and courteous. He was prompt and did a nice job.
I have had two complete systems installed by home comfort and was very pleased by their expertise and performance. I have had the education and training in the HVAC field so I have knowledge of what is going on. I have dealt with Home comfort for about 5 years now and never have had a service issue. I had only had a scheduling issue one time but was quickly resolved.

Excellent service team. We have appreciated all the team members at Home Comfort. Adam has been our service tech the past couple times and is good to work with - thorough, careful and does a great job explaining PM work completed and recommendations. They also are near perfect at arriving on time as scheduled and finishing on time. I highly recommend Home Comfort Experts.

Nathan came out to help diagnose the issue. Sadly, we needed a whole new AC. Nathan was great at explaining the issues and our choices. He contacted Brandon who came out just an hour later (even though it was late). He helped explain we had a brand new baby (and 2 other kiddos and Grandma at our house).
Brandon was great at explaining everything (during this stressful time when our AC went out one week after our third son was born). He was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated his help!!
Tim & John were awesome at getting our new AC installed. They came out early on a Sunday morning. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and efficient. Tim even stayed to help fix an issue in our son’s room with a duct.
