Pedro was very professional and Courteous explained everything that was going on. JC his co worker was great as well .Both guys VERY hard workers, easy to get along with, cared about what they were doing- would recommend them to everyone. Also special thanks to Rob, who came out to do some measuring for duct work, he also helped my husband get out a chipmunk that got into the house! Talk about service! Mike Vinnedge was great. Very knowledgeable about our system and what we needed. He went above and beyond today. He took his time and explained everything about our new filter. I received notification from Home Comfort Experts that Adam Jolly was going to be my service technician today. He called and asked if he could come by early to do the service and I agreed. He showed up at the new time as expected. He performed his service checks quickly and efficiently. Great Job Adam!

Everyone at this company is extremely nice. I appreciated the reminders and the considerate call to say the repair guy would be a little late. And he really wasn’t that late! The repair guy was super nice. I felt comfortable and it was great that I could joke with him and he was kind to my dog. That’s a big deal for me! My parents have used this company for years, and I plan to continue that in my home.

We had a very old heating system. The first gentleman that came out looked it over and said he would try to find a part but he wasn’t sure it would be possible. The next day another representative came out and explained how our old system was costing us a lot of money and that was unnecessary. The next day two service men came out and installed a brand new furnace, air conditioner and a new water heater. Everyone was so professional and so helpful when I had a ton of questions. A couple days later another gentleman came out and cleaned all my Air ducts and vents. He also left me some brochures to show me how I can clean all the air in my whole house. I had recently lost my husband due to Covid and my lungs have been compromised too. I read the brochures and looked them up online and decided that might be the best thing for my health. I called them and that very day they came out and put the air cleaner on my furnace. Everyone that I talk to, including the girls that answer the phone, have been quite professional . All were friendly and helpful. I feel they gave me a very good value for all that I received. I will recommend them to anybody that needs any of their services

Each technician who visited our home was very professional and polite. They all seemed knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns. Prices were competitive, and their scheduling was never more than a week away.

Very, very satisfied with my tech Larry and his assistant. They did a fantastic job and explained everything they did and pointed out very helpful things. Also gave me some great information about all of the things Home Comfort Experts do. We have been using this company for about two years and would highly recommend them.

Furnace went down on a cold morning. They came out real quick and diagnosed the issue. Additionally, they provided recommendations for other issues and I signed on to their membership program to make sure my home stays well serviced. Rick was highly professional and expressed a genuine interest in his work and in making sure we got the best service.

Dave our air quality technician was so professional, patient enough to walk you through the process! I have done Plumbing, furnace, AC with them and now Ducts and Vents cleaning...Can't complaint! They Schedule everything really quick and if you have an emergency they can help you too...

We found Home Comfort a few years ago when our 25-year old furnace needed service. Since then, they've installed a new high-efficiency furnace, a/c, and a hot water heater. They service all of our equipment annually and they take great care of us! We never have trouble setting appointments, the techs are always on time and even give us a call to let us know they're on their way. And no pressure to upgrade/add-on/replace anything EVER! They definitely make us feel like family, even if we get a new technician for our service call. Dan was on time, professional, and friendly - he even asked questions about our dog and shared stories about his! We recommend Home Comfort to everyone!
