I recommend home comfort experts to everyone, We had an issue with our furnace with some work that was done by another company 4 years ago we had the blower motor replaced the circuit board, capacitor, gas valve, just to update the furnace well the tech that installed all the parts never set the gas pressure on the gas valve to make a long story short i asked him 3 times if he was gonna set the valve and he never answered me till it was time to leave telling me it was set from the factory.

So this is where home comfort experts come in i gave them a call and told the girl what was going on and all i wanted was the gas valve set on my furnace so she checked to see if i could be scheduled and said they could get me in the next day so i said ok they sent a gentlemen over named ARON very nice guy and very knowledgeable and very good at what he does not only set my gas valve to the correct pressure checked everything else in the process now the furnace is working perfectly.

Worst company ever. Called because air conditioner wasn't working. Said they would be there before 5 that day. Called back at 5 saying where's my technician for my appointment. Said they misread the time frame. Got upset because I had been waiting all day for this. Preceeded to lie to me and say technician had been dispatched. No technician for an hour. Call back and they say they can't service the address anymore. Why would you lie and text me that a technician was on the way. Believe the one star reviews and save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of other HVAC companies that won't over schedule and give you an actual time frame.

The technician that serviced my heating and air conditioning unit was pleasant and professional. I have had this unit for almost 2years and have received nothing but great service!

Got a water heater from them at the beginning of the month. After it was installed I had no water pressure. I called several times, they would come look at the heater and they would "try" to fix the pressure and I kept hearing solutions. But it never got fixed. When I called the final time with my issue, I did exactly what they told me to do and was told there was no plumber available until the week. They were able to get me an appointment scheduled for Sunday the 19th, they later called me during the day to cancel my appointment because I called too many times for the same issue and there needed to be a manager available to help with the issue to make sure it was corrected. Ha! What a joke. I called on the 20th, for one to cancel an appointment because I fixed my own problem with a solution they suggested. I also wanted to speak with a manager about how this situation was handled and was told that they would call me back! Guess what.... it is now the end of day of the 28th and still no call. This is not how to fix a problem because this is now for the public to see.

They were very professional & came out promptly to fix our boiler. Even texted to let us know they were on the way. John was very nice and explained the issue so we could easily understand. Were pleasantly suprised by the reasonable price. Before he even left our driveway they called to set up an appointment to get a quote for us on a new system. Highly reccomend!

Jose A in plumbing did a wonderful job with our water heater! He was so kind and quick in his service. We are so happy we called home comfort!

I would highly recommend Home Comfort Experts to everyone. Our technician Gabe that came out was awesome and fixed our problem fast. We will definitely be using them again if we have any issues.

Ac was installed end of 18 paper work says life ime warranty on parts 10 uears on labor bit now the compressor is out and needs replaced and they want to charge 2200 for something that should be under warranty but they said I don't pay for the club so I have to pay for parts the thing isn't 5 years old yet and still should be under warranty total scam place definitely will be calling a good reputable company not these scam artists
