Unbelievable service, the technicians really care about you and dont focus on what they can charge you. Great team, highly recommend.! I've had them out three or four times now. On two of those occasions I was informed of options that were cost savers. Thank you for all you do!

Had Scott Peterson out today for a furnace cleaning and inspection. He was great. Very knowledgeable and nice. Seems like the standard for Home Comfort. Thanks for all you do.

Had Trey our to look at our air conditioner, and he was great. Explained our issues to us and gave us recommendations to try in between visits. Really took his time to explain everything to us. Thanks so much!

The installers were prompt, courteous and did a GREAT job and should be well rewarded by Home Comfort Experts! I would recommend them to anyone. Also, Danielle Pointer is an excellent sales person. Very personable person. Knew her furnaces and air-conditioners very well. Thank you Home Comfort Experts.

John Rossman done an excellent job on getting our air conditioner working. He didn't have the part it required, but is returning with it tomorrow. He did get it working before he left. He was very professional, nice, courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend this company to anyone. The lady at the office was also very nice and very helpful.

Scott was really knowledgeable. He went through everything with us. He didn't hide anything from us. Best price around and very good product. Glad i called them. Thanks Scott and Derek. Also had a new furnace and AC installed by Andrew and was very impressed. After he was done he went through everything with us. Thanks again guys. I would give Andrew a A+. I'm still amazed with his work.

Brian C was very professional. He was very respectful of my time and did not pressure me into anything. I used Home Comfort Experts in the past for my parents house and I received the same quality of care from 4 years ago. This is why I love this company!!! They are consistent with their work, professionalism and prices.

Our service tech was Jeff. He was fantastic. He came for an after hours call and was very personable, as well as, knowledgeable. He took the time to show my husband the old part and what it should look like. He told us about protection plans, and took the time to sit with us and describe it to us. He answered all our questions about the plans. We are considering one of the protection plans, however, did not commit at this time. Jeff didn’t make us feel pressured at all, and we really appreciate it. We would highly recommend Jeff.

Alex McNeely was my technician. He was very kind, very helpful and explained everything he was doing. I was grateful that Home Comfort was able to get a technician out to me the same day I called. Great service! Will be going to them for all my AC/Furnace needs!

Nathan did a fine job! He was very efficient very knowledgeable very patient. Seemed to be very trustworthy and knew what he was doing. Was definitely on time which I really really appreciated and the company gave you plenty of notice and a picture of who was coming. Very efficient! Thank you!

I so enjoyed having Brian, the service tech, at our house today. He cleaned both of our air conditioning units and showed me the inside of each, explaining what he was doing and the reason for it. He was genuinely thoughtful and took care in his work. I’ve always had a great experience with Home Comfort. Hope you enjoy them as well.

Sam did an excellent job! Spent the time needed to determine the problem & then did repair. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he did & why. Very personable as well. Would highly recommend him & will request him in the future for any maintenance needed.
