Jon Pritchard and his assistant did a great plumbing job. and pipe replacement. Worked excellent in the tight confined spaces. Highly recommend!

Great service only issue was that I had to clean up the waste water on my floors and walls after they removed the pump. Guys were nice and pleasant.

Explained everything perfectly and made sure he did everything to fix our issue.

I had a vent added to my upstairs from the basement and they talked me into adding "boosters." I've since had a vent and damper added due to all my air going straight upstairs (by BW/Cook 5stars to them) The duct work was taped up and not screwed in so everything fell apart when adding the new section (leave it to another company to fix your problems) Within the first year the boosters started making noise as well as one falling down due to it not being screwed in properly. Did I mention one of the techs took their shirt off and left it in my basement... Will not ever use this service ✌️

we had an A/C unit installed. The technicians were quick and professional. They always wore shoe coverings when inside.

Charged me 300+ dollars to do a ten minute job, and made up multiple excuses for me to spend more money. They replaced a bad igniter for $300+ and a year later it busted again. I changed it myself and it was incredibly easy. AND THE PART ONLY COST $40! Bunch of crooks in my opinion.

We have been continuous customers since 2005. Home Comfort has always been reliable and exceptional in their service. Our maintenance technician yesterday was Mike Vinnedge. He took the time to answer questions and explain what he was doing and why. This is EXACTLY why we stay with Home Comfort. We have always felt comfortable having their employees in our home. Mike is a great representation of the employees Home Comfort has. Mike's expertise and communication has reassured us we are with the right company - Home Comfort!

I had an appointment for a furnace tuneup on 11/22/2022 between 8-10 am . They sent an email at 8:07am on 11/22 that a technician was on the way. The technician never showed up or contacted me. I contacted Home Comfort 3 times that day. A technician finally showed up after 3PM with no apologies or excuses. I told to leave it was too late. The company never contacted me to give a reason for the poor service. Do not use this company.
