    Bruce Johnson came to give me an estimate on my furnace. After giving me a higher than expected price estimate for my furnace I advised Bruce that I would need some more time to consider the quote and get a few more bids. He then proceeded to tell me I wasted two hours of his time and that “he knew this was going to happen when he pulled up to my home today”. He left abruptly and never left me with a proper written estimate. He took all his paper and angrily stormed off. I have no way to even contact him if a decision was made to do business with Home Comfort Experts. based on my experience I can only imagine how many other people Bruce Johnson has treated this way. I would not recommend home comfort experts to anyone after how i was treated. this representative ruined their reputation for me . BUYER BEWARE!!

    I attempted to have someone come to my house for a basement grinder pump repair. I called, scheduled an appointment, was told I could get a call at 2 PM. Never got a phone call, so I called at around 3. They told me someone would call—that never happened, but I did get a text message at 4:37 saying someone would be on their way. I checked the map in the text message link, and it said someone would be at my house in 30 minutes. I checked out the window and the app periodically. Eventually, I saw that it said that the tech had arrived, but no one was at my house. After a few minutes, I called the office, and they said that the tech said he was here, but assumed no one was home because he rang the doorbell (didn't hear anything) and called (didn't receive any calls or voicemails). So, it seems that their techs are dishonest, and they offer very poor follow up. I asked if they had any other techs for today, and they said that they didn't, but that they could look to schedule for tomorrow. Needless to say, I told them that I didn't want to do business with them.

    This is Erin O’Kelly and you recently serviced our home. We had a old heating ducts that were falling apart due to being old and having MacGyver cats that learned how to get in them.
    We were delayed from our original schedule for a few weeks due to some scheduling errors. Which concerned me originally. However, the person who did the initial quote and the woman who called me to set the appointment up were so amazing I decided to stick it out.
    I want to give you all the biggest shout out! Especially the installers that came and went into the horror show of my basement and contorted his body into a crawl space that I am terrified of and absolutely positive that’s where the bowels of H-E double hockey sticks resides. Those guys need a raise, pizza or probably an exorcist to come bless them after all they have done for us.
    We will absolutely be using your company in the future, there is no doubt that you all are the most professional team in Michigan and so reliable.
    Thank you again! I appreciate all that you do. Have the best Halloween 🎃

    I share the exact sentiment of the last review. Rep was pushy, asked multiple times questions like , where do you work, what is your credit score, do you think it's good enough for financing,. Also, I scheduled two estimates and the rep did not even go to the second house. His remark was its going to be 10 to $25000.00 and left. The audacity of this man shows that his attitude is par for the course. I called and asked to speak to someone in management but they were in a meeting so i left my email and phone number. No one has reached out. There was a time when this type of service was appalling. Nowadays it seems the norm. 95.3 MNC might want to look at this companies practices this company because They advertise on their station.

    Jeremy and Jeff arrived as scheduled worked diligently to install a new how water heater and softener. The old water heater was gigantic and heavy... difficult. They were neat and polite. GREAT JOB!!

    Nathan arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time in our home. Because of the age of our furnace, we actually had to purchase a new HVAC system.

    I would like to receive a receipt for the monthly Home Comfort Club charge that is put on my credit card every month. Is there a way that I could get one in the future.

    The tech left behind a Home Depot bucket and garden hose. I will leave them outside to be picked up

    This people came to fix my AC.
    , I called them a week later as it was not functioning anymore, they told me that I would have to pay another 200 bucks for them to show up at my house…
    I had used these guys before to install new AC units and they left the place a mess, no management would answer my calls..
    Please save yourself some energy and use other Better companies..
    They are also very overpriced..
    Their service people come with one agenda! To sell to you other stuff that your really don’t need…

    Bad !bad bad! bad company!!!
