Neil did an amazing job for us! We have made a few equipment purchases from Home Comfort in the last two years. We could not ask for better service than they have given us with each new purchase. We especially appreciate the care they give to our home when they are here working. They take the time to explain all our options which helps us with our decisions. They are professional - but most of all they are always pleasant and courteous at all times. We want to compliment each of the several techs that have worked in our home over the past two years. We have the greatest confidence in them and Home Comfort!

Our meeting with Scott Alexander was fantastic. He thoroughly checked our present system to make appropriate recommendations for our new HVAC. We were given options for different systems with a clear explanation of the differences. Scott asked about our current power uses and future ideas so he could recommend the correct products. The options were all clearly written out for our consideration. We were very impressed with Scott’s knowledge and his professionalism. We are looking forward to completing this project with Scott and Home Comfort Experts.

Pedro and his team were great to work with. They were on time, courteous and professional. Everyone worked together to get the job done. All of our questions were answered and Pedro walked us through the new system until we were comfortable. We were very impressed with the care Pedro and his team took with our home. Lance arrived early and my husband wasn't home yet. Lance was willing to wait and then did a great job on our checkup. He happily answered all of my husband's questions. We continue to be impressed with the excellent customer service.

I started using Home Comfort Experts when I bought my house and the previous owner left her club membership in my name. They have always been very professional, helpful, easy to work with, and explain things well so I know what's going on and what my options are. Zach, one of the service techs, has been out twice in the last couple of months for a couple of repair jobs, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of and in working order before he leaves. All of the employees I've worked with have been very pleasant, professional, and customer oriented.

Absolutely amazing! The installation looks amazing and the system works better than I ever thought it would ( didn't realize how miserable we really were now that there's no humidity). The guys that did the installation were friendly fast extremely efficient and they cleaned up just as fast as they tore everything apart. Before they left they walked us through everything that they did and showed us how to work our new thermostat. I couldn't be happier thank you so much Home Comfort Experts!!! For a huge decision to have everything replaced the process from inspection to sale to complete installation was easy and we never felt pressured. Again thank you so much!!!

HCE "tried" to fix my Softener, but couldn't & charged me, Twice!! Then they took a H2O sample & said it would take awhile for results. In the mean time someone would contact me about new options. That never happened, left me Hangin with super Hard Water! Dropped the ball on this one Guys!!! Thanks!

I had the pleasure of having Michael vinnedge as my tech for a issue with my heater, I called and he was there quickly, explained everything very well, very cleanly and understanding! For being a new home owner he went above and beyond to help explain and simplify my options I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone!

Lee Clements came to my home to do a duct cleaning. He was very professional. He followed all the rules when coming into my home protecting the floors and carpet. He did an outstanding job. The vents ended up being very dirty. They have never be cleaned before so they really needed help.Home Comfort has highly professional employees which can be trusted. Your company has been been a asset to our family. I hope this gets back to Lee letting him know he was appreciated. Also the ladies who answer you phones are a delight and make you feel important. Derek was very polite and professional. I felt very secure of welcoming him into our home. He explained everything of his review in a with excellent mannerism! I had a new system installed which I may have paid a bit more than the average but it provides a piece of mind with the services included and yearly maintenance. The response time for service and checks are great, never had to wait one day. I usually called in the AM and by the evening I had someone at my door who is friendly and professional. Definitely recommend them if you want the full 360 experience.

Gabe and Justin are phenomenal individuals and very knowledgeable explaining every step of the way and very patient with details that may be basic but they understood that customers may not have the knowledge that they possess.
