    Needed a new ignition thermo switch. $678.00 dollars later for a $45.00 part. My thermostat didn’t communicate with furnace. Two hours after HVAC Tech left thought my house was going to catch on fire. First time a Tech didn’t bother to see if thermostat was communicating with furnace. NO. Customer Service Rep rude beyond believe. Really doesn’t understand what real CS is. Refused to fix issue and cut me off No further service for me a retired senior on limited income. Nice.

    ***Update: 6 weeks later and still only have half of our products working. Rose refuses to call back. Filed a complaint with BBB and they won't respond to them either. They only had electrician hook half of it up per work order, so half of our rooms are freezing. Will have to hire an attorney and go to court apparently, the office keeps their problems in house cuz there seems to be no resolution in sight. I'll see them in court.

    I'll start off by saying installers were great. Very kind and informative. HOWEVER we had our mini split and air movers installed 2 weeks ago, and still waiting on an electrician to come finish the (they didn't tell us there would be such a wait til day of installation, and only cuz we asked) there is also a hole in our ceiling, and we didn't entirely receive the product that was explained to us. Now had ANY part of this been remedied yet I would say no problem, accidents and misunderstandings happen. But I've had to call and call to get any correspondence. Another company even reached out and said home comfort is known for being a mess. I understand electricians are backed up, but the lack of communication is astounding. I shouldn't have to damn near bully them into calling to at least say "Hey, we're working on it" it's looking like I'll get my first bill before I can even use the product. A product they didn't even understand themselves, since it's not what what was explained during TWO consultations. Run as far away from this company as possible. Or get everything in writing before signing any sale or financing. 20k later i learned my lesson

    I will never use this company ever again. They use fear tactics try to get you buy a new furnace. Called them for maintenance they said there was an issue with my furnace. They couldn't give me a estimate how much a repair would be but they could have a sales person come right out to see how much a new furnace would be. They try to use fear my home was in danger so I called another HVAC company out for a second opinion the 2nd company showed me the issue which home comfort never did which wasn't as bad home comfort was making out to be. And the 2nd company gave me a estimate on how much a repair would be so I could decide between repair or a new unit. I would suggest pay attention to these horrible reviews about home comfort wish I saw them before I called them out. In my opinion this company is shady stay away.

    From the minute Nate arrived he was professional helpful and informative. He was willing and able to answer questions. He was respectful of my need to be mindful about the cost. He explained ALL of my options as well as the pros and cons. No pressure to go one way or the other even though we know we will have to replace our system sooner rather then later he was the ultimate professional and after explaining all options helped us set up a meeting with a project manager to begin the replacement process. He stayed late into the evening and was happy to help. We appreciate him

    We had Rob come out last night to look at our furnace that had been acting up. All of our experience with Home Comfort Experts has always been above and beyond and this was no different. Rob provided OUTSTANDING service...We are beyond happy! First of all, he was able to come out after hours the same day we called which was amazing. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He immediately found the main problem and fixed it at no extra charge. Our furnace already runs like new again. He explained the further maintenance that needed to be done to keep it running efficiently, and we will be scheduling an appointment for him to come back and do the full work up as soon as possible. Home Comfort Experts are the only company we will ever use. We've done quite a bit of business with them and it's been a great experience every time! Thank you so much Home Comfort Experts, and thank you Rob for the best service!!!

    My AC stopped working. I am not in the best of health and staying cool is important. Home Comfort Experts responded immediately to my needs and a repair man was out within the hour. He was extremely professional and dedicated to getting my AC up and working. I have now signed a maintenance contract with them. They are efficient and adept at their job. I highly recommend this company.

    My furnace went out and I needed help so I called Home Comfort Experts and they sent over Rick Rodin. Rick arrived shortly after my call and quickly got to work. He listened to what I had already attempted to do and was very informative as he double checked my work. He quickly diagnosed that my control board was bad but was still able to get the furnace up in running for me. Without his help I would have been more frustrated and a lot colder.
