During the hottest week of the year Homesense had a technician to our house in less than 24 hours to repair our A/C. Casey was punctual (actually he was early which was greatly appreciated), professional, friendly and quick.

I’ve used HomeSense at my last two houses. They are great to work with, their techs are experienced and just overall great people. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of by recommending unneeded services and when a problem does arise they explain the problem, offer multiple options, and help me understand the pros / cons of not moving forward. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat. Special shout out to Darren who’s always so friendly and a true professional. I look forward to his tech gadgets every time he stops by.

Fantastic service on gas furnace and ductless system. Darren is an excellent technician. These are the people to call for ductless heating and cooling.
