They are a great local Indy based business, not a part of a conglomerate company posing as a local company. They are honest, professional and practice excellence in their work. Their website has some coupons to use as well and they care about being affordable. Give them a call they won't disappoint.

I arrived home from work early on a Friday afternoon to pick up my suitcase to head to the airport for a vacation. When I walked in, my house was very cold. The furnace wasn't working so I called Homesense. A technician arrived in less than an hour. Quickly assessed the problem and offered a repair or replace option. I decided to replace and had an appointment just a few days later to install the new one. Great service and a fair price. I highly recommend Homesense.

I have been with Homesense from fall of 2017. Service staff is friendly and courteous. On time and provide great service. Explains the readings they take and replace any parts as needed. My air conditioner is 10 years old and the only part that has been replaced is the capacitor. I will continue to use Homesense for our heat and air services. Walt

We have used HomeSense for nearly eight years now and have been impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They installed a new heat pump and AC unit 8 years ago and have done all of the preventative maintenance and the few repairs we have needed. They installed our new thermostat as well and replaced it under warranty when we had a problem with it. Their technicians are always on time (often early), professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
