We’ve always had friendly and knowledgeable technicians that come to our home to perform furnace and air conditioner maintenance. There is good communication regarding arrival times.
They take the time to explain how to keep our equipment in good working order. They offer different levels of multi-year maintenance plans that include discounts for general maintenance as well as repair service calls. We are very happy with the service. It’s a great company with a small-town feel.

Northern Comfort Systems did an exceptional job. They have made a customer for life. They escalated our service to happen same day after several days without hot water. I was so thankful when they were able to assist us quickly and thoughtfully. The repair tech was communicative and super polite. Did an amazing job! I would not hesitate to call them if you are reading this review.

We’ve been using Northern Comfort since purchasing our house in 2019 and have always been very happy with the level of service and customer support they provide. We just had to replace our A/C and Furnace and had a great experience. We’re incredibly happy with our new units and the follow through from the various team members at Northern. I was amazed at the level of service I received with Northern Comfort Systems. I was selling my home and needed a quick turn around on some past due maintenance with my water heater and HVAC. From my first interaction scheduling the appointment I knew I called the right company. They were professional, courteous, and were able to make a visit happen that week. The technician, Joe, kept me informed and was efficient. The pricing was reasonable and there were no surprise charges. I am still amazed at how quick and smooth the entire process went from start to finish. When I look at the overall experience I couldn’t have had better expert level service. The technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. Comfort Advisor Mike was very thorough and patient. Our new furnace is so much quieter and we are much more comfortable, and the price was a lot less than quotes we received from Williams and that other Peter something company.

We were so impressed with the offering and the service our neighbor received that we decided to go with them. The price for a new system was excellent and the installation was impeccable. I have been using this business since I retired from the military. They have helped my family handle a lot of emergencies from not receiving the best home inspection before purchasing. I have had my a/c, water softener, and hvac unit replaced. Outstanding service by an outstanding company.

I can’t say enough good about Northern Comfort. There had been 4 companies in my home to service my furnace and not one of them found my cracked heat exchanger and carbon monoxide leak. Joe checked it and found it quickly. I needed a new furnace, Zach and Adam had it installed that same week. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would highly recommend Northern Comfort if you’re in need of a new heating and cooling system!

Salesmen, Mike, was responsive and easy to deal with. He also answered my concerns very honestly with this size of an investment for me. The installer, Dustin, was very professional, explained things while installing, left a clean look which I appreciated and didn’t leave a mess!
