Northern Comfort Systems

We've been using Northern for years, and they have been really great, especially when we had older and aging HVAC. Because of their services, we purchased new HVAC, water heater and a water softener 5 yrs ago and kept our annual service up they always respectful, friendly, and a great value.

We are very happy with our 2 new HVAC systems, new sump pump, new water heater, new outdoor water spigots, water softener maintenance, and everything that goes along with them! Their HVAC technician Dustin, and their plumber Joe, always takes great care of us during and after installation, also providing maintenance several times a year. They are the best!!

The team was very responsive, honest and hardworking. Joe and Tom did the installation and we thorough, respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend Northern to any friends and neighbors!

Bought new HVAC for my rental property in December ($10k) and the unit stopped working beginning of March (3 months ).
The Technician came out and said he doesn't have the part to fix the unit, so we waited for 3 days on the part (sensor). During that time we had frigid weather and the tech brought me 2 radiator heaters to keep 5 bedroom house warm. When the part finally came it turned out the technician was wrong because it was something else...where he again didn't have parts on hand...so we have been waiting ...now for 2 weeks where he told us 3-5 days...no updates on when this get fixed from anyone from Northern Comfort... I spoke with some lady over the phone complaining about this...yet nothing...I have no choice but to talk to a lawyer as of now because this unit is under warranty and its been almost a month where this could have been fixed. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Northern Comfort seems to have 24 hour operations with no parts on hand. Once they sell you new unit they don't care anymore and you are on your own. I have also notified BBB about the situation. I will never do business with them again.

I had this system installed in June, Mike was the sales Rep that helped me get the right system in place and it works great for the space. Tom, recently came out to do an included inspection and cleaning. Great service and great people.

Just came to service my Heating and Cooling Unit, changed my filter and cleaned the grass out of the outside unit. Thankful that my unit is still in good condition. James and the company do excellent work!!!

AC went down on Sunday, got a referral from a work colleague. Called Monday morning, tech out that afternoon and the problem solved. Will definately call again whenever the need arises.
