Homesense was the company that was contracted by my builder when we built our new house. The entire project was riddled with issues. The duct lines were haphazardly run throughout the basement, the placed the furnace in a location that makes it impossible to fully open the door to the utility room despite the fact that the utility room is the size of 2 bedrooms. We discovered tears in the duct work. We pointed this out and the yet the repairs were never made. The AC unit that they installed was defective and sounded like the blades were hitting the encasement. It took 3 visits before they were able to address the issue though it was never fully resolved. The thermostats installed were basic at best and does not compliment a house at this price point. The location of the thermostat were poorly located making it impossible to open the case to replace the batteries. I had an opportunity to speak to the owner during the project and he was helpful in answering my questions about how they decide what size of HVAC unit was needed in the house. Other than that I do not have anything positive to say about this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Homesense since 2015 when they installed my system. The techs are kind, clean and considerate. I use the spring / fall checkups to make sure my system stays in good running condition. I trust this company to be fair and honest about my needs.

No problem since recent install. Good people to work with. Love how my new HVAC SYSTEM is quieter and the air from the ceiling vents doesn't come down and freeze me out anymore. They found an electrical issue I had to take care of for them to complete the install.
They came back as soon as the electrician was finished. Recommend them.

They were able to answer all of my questions and follow up after the installation to make sure that everything was operating smoothly. The technicians all seemed well informed and very personable.

Great experience from setting appointment to getting my ac fixed. Kary was very upfront and direct about the repair, the state of my unit, and next steps beyond the immediate repair. Would recommend to anyone with an HVAC need.

The Homesense team have been reliable, and certainly partners in keeping my own personal house cool but also my investment properties.

With their scheduling system that sends reminders via SMS and even who is coming, I always feel their service is proactive and helpful.

I appreciate that they send useful reminders and help me with maintenance so that I avoid the big expenses.

Homesense has been great to work with for the new AC/Furnace I needed. They provided a quality product with reasonable pricing. Homesense did not try to upsell and charge me way more than what was appropriate. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Homesense came out for a diagnostic service after our AC was no longer blowing cold air. Darren was extremely thorough and explained pros and cons of how to move forward with replacing the AC.
