Homesense Heating and Cooling

I have always trusted and loved using Homesense and they continue to go above and beyond in service. Our heating stopped working, and although they couldn't not come out for another day, Chuck called to have us try a few things so we wouldn't have to endure a cold night without heat. This also meant potentially not needing him to come out at all. Although his suggestion worked, we still had him come out to do some maintenance on our unit. If you want trustworthy and honest work, Homesense is the place to go!

I have always had a great experience with Homesense and Kary is the main contributor that. He's always on time, if not early, super kind, our dog loves him, and he keep our HVAC system running top notch while not trying to "find something wrong" every time he comes out like we have experienced with other companies.
I would recommend Homesense to anyone for all of your HVAC needs!

Homesense replaced our heat & a/c 3 years ago and have been nothing but great the entire experience. We've hired them to do regular maintenance and check-ups and they are always prompt, efficient, and super friendly. Chuck has been my assigned technician from the start and is the nicest guy, and has a mutual love with my dog, who is always very excited to see him. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Kasey was a fantastic technician! He arrived on time, thoroughly evaluated and cleaned (as necessary) my system and answered all of my questions. He also completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend Homesense to anyone looking for a reasonably priced HVAC company who doesn't try to upsell you.

Had Homesense out for an estimate on our 4 seasons room to get a mini-split AC/Heat unit installed and also our simi annual check up! I appreciate the knowledgeable staff, expertise and sound advice! I called Homesense when our air conditioning stopped working out of the blue. I love that they’re a local business! The technician who I was given lived in my neighborhood so the wait time was very minimal. Not only was he was able to find out why our air conditioner stopped working, but he also gave us insight to a unknowing problem we had. We received quality service and the cost of service is unbeatable. Not only that, Homesense took initiative and moved my appointment to an earlier time slot when they had availability which really helped out. Overall, I recommend Homesense for repair and maintenance needs.

Love HomeSense. We have had Carrie, Darren and now Kasey all of which are amazing. You can’t go wrong with them. They are knowledgeable and hard working, but most of all they take the time to listen and understand your wants/needs. Getting ready to install our second unit with them and we can’t wait to have them remove our 15 yr old Carrier unit and replace with a Daikin. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Homesense from a friend, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My partner and I had just bought an old house built in 1910 that wasn't very well maintained, and didn't have central AC. We contacted Homesense in March for a quote, and Brady was clear, direct, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing. He quoted us for getting the whole system replaced as well instead of just retrofitting the AC. Two months later, we followed up with them (and we weren't pestered incessantly in the meantime, which I thoroughly appreciate) and Brady came out again to reassess our needs and how they could assist. We decided to move forward with the complete new system and they were out in just seven days to install everything. Andy, who was the lead installer, arrived at around 9:30am and everything was installed and functioning by 4:00pm. The crew was mindful of wearing masks when appropriate, and they were extremely communicative during the entire installation process. They hauled out our old system at no extra cost. And Andy noticed that our flue was rotted from the furnace to the chimney, and he replaced this at new extra cost AND reinstalled our common wire for the thermostat. The crew even laughed at my jokes! Also, the yearly maintenance program is priced at $99 per year, which is VERY competitive. The entire process was professional from front to back, and I'm thrilled that our old home won't feel like a hot, sticky swamp as the warmer days arrive. The piece of mind you get from Homesense is worth every penny.
