I was very pleased with the service tech Darren. He was very friendly and a great communicator. First time here at my new home. He went through everything with me on all the systems. I would highly recommend using Homesense for your heating and cooling needs.

Kary is fantastic! He described everything that was wrong efficiently, quoted us fairly based off the knowledge he gathered, and fixed our unit in a timely manner. His customer service is very genuine! Highly recommend!

In a pinch, Homesense was able to come to the house when our AC stopped working on a hot August day. Capacitor was immediately diagnosed as the issue. New one installed, and service tech volunteered to clean the system before leaving - even though he still had a full docket of previously scheduled service calls ahead of him. Very appreciative of the way this crew takes care of my personal home, and all my clientele.

Brady was extremely repsonsive when I called for support and Kary came out promptly, diagnosed the issue and resolved the problems in a timely manner while also explaining it as he went. The cost was also well priced and kary was excellent while he was there. I would happily call Homesense again for work.

They were able to fit me in the same day I called to sign up for the HVAC maintenance plan. The technician was professional and very friendly. They also did a good job with text messages, emails and calls to alert me of my appt, my receipt and follow up feedback.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Darren was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable. The company is fortunate to have him. AC had stopped cooling. They were able to come out next day vs 4 days from the first company I called. No high pressure sales, no nonsense, just detailed the issues and got it done. I now have comfort and confidence that I have a company I can go to in the future.

We needed to replace our old furnace, and received several bids. During my estimate with Jason, he did a wonderful job answering my questions, as well as talking me through what my furnace options would be, and what could be best with my home. We ended up also replacing our home AC unit. Very happy with the product.

Two days before install, out thermostat broke. Jason was able to fit us in and get someone out to fix it so we would have heat. Very grateful for this!

During install, Andrew and Zach were courteous, efficient and neat. Andrew was very helpful explaining my new system and how it worked. They did a great job cleaning up the mess.

Long story short, we are very happy we went with Homesense. They have been wonderful to work with and really make you feel like a priority.
