Homesense Heating and Cooling

We needed to get our HVAC system looked at during what was the hottest week of the year so far - most places I tried to make an appointment with were weeks out. Homesense had appointments just a couple of days out. Day of the appointment they called and we ahead of schedule. The repair man was nice, professional, and honest. Already looking to schedule some duct cleaning and air purifying work with these folks.

I've been on a service plan with Homesense for 5 years. I had a condensation/refrigerant issue. While it's never pleasant to make a big repair, Darren was amazing, super communicative, and professional. I love Homesense.

This is the second furnace and air conditioner that we have bought from Homesense. Both times, I felt they gave us good counsel in selecting an appropriate unit for our house, their prices were fair, the technicians who come and help install the units are always professional, friendly, and have always been kind to our family including our infant daughter and our small dog. Forget just HVAC companies, Homesense is probably the easiest company we work with in any facet of our lives. Highest possible recommendation to them.

Homesense installed our system years ago and has done all of the semi-annual maintenance service. Always professional. A quality HVAC system from a quality team.

Kary was great and professional. Explained everything to me well and didn't push for anything that was unnecessary.

They worked nonstop to install our new AC system and were very professional. Definitely recommend. They gave us a very reasonable estimate price wise and had us scheduled for installation quickly. The actual installation took about 6 hours for both AC and furnace.

Right as the temperatures got down in the teens, our furnace started acting up. Of course, it was 9:00 on a Friday night so I was expecting to pay a pretty penny to have someone come out.

Homesense had come highly recommended so I decided to give them a call. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to have someone out that night for a very reasonable price.

They did a great job keeping us updated on the process and letting us know when our technicians was on the way. Before he arrived, we received a detailed text with some information on the tech, his experience in the industry and his picture. I thought it was a great touch and it’s a great safety feature so that people know who should be at their door.

Darren was professional, efficient and told us exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. I didn’t feel like he recommended unnecessary maintenance and we felt he had our beat interest at heart.

Even though this company isn’t covered by our home warranty, we will be using them for future service needs. Their customer service is second to none!

Chuck came out to our house next day and was in-and-out in 90 minutes. Very professional and very friendly. He knew what he was doing and even shared some of his knowledge with me. We will be calling Homesense and requesting Chuck the next time we have any help with our HVAC. 5 stars!
