Homesense team did an amazing job. They were very professional and responsive to any and all questions I had to ask. I watched them for the entirety of the job as they thoroughly cleaned the ducts in the house, as well as the dryer vent. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We see Homesense twice/year for preventative maintenance. They are professional - send a photo and time frame of their service rep prior to arrival. We request the same rep who brings historical knowledge and efficiency to our zoned systems. Very happy with their service.

I used HomeSense to have a new AC system installed. We have an old home with a high pressure air handler in the attic and an outdoor AC unit. Both needed to be replaced. We got quotes from a couple of other companies. HomeSense came in thousands of dollars cheaper because they actively worked to find the best deal on parts. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use HomeSense for my future heating and coolings needs.

Lazy tech didn't even attempt to fix basic issue with my AC just tried to sell me a new system and charged $140 for my trouble. I ended up reattaching my motor fan blade myseld and the system worked fine. They could have had it fixed in ten minutes instead charged me for nothing. Shady!

We have used Homesense for years, including installing our new system 7+ years back and maintenance ever since. In the rare event of needing a repair they are quick, professional and don't push expensive solutions on a hunch.
