Casey was very courteous and professional. After doing the maintenance, he patiently explained future repairs that weren't necessary right now, but in the near future. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was not in a hurry. There was one new part we needed right away which he strongly suggested we correct it at that time. He stated that it was a matter of time that it would go out. He then created estimates for our issues that we would eventually need in the near future. It was a good experience and we would use this company again. They gave us a special $47 deal for our furnace tune up plus the cost of the part we needed. Casey was great!

Homesense installed and has maintained my HVAC system. The employees are knowledgeable, efficient, approachable, and timely. If ever there is a problem, they are quick to resolve it!

I've been a homeowner for 41 years and have never received a written report detailing the results of the annual maintenance visit. In the past I've often wonder if it was worth the cost. Did they really do anything or is this just their way of staying visible to the customer so that they will call them if they ever need repairs or a new system? Homesense gave me a written report detailing exactly what was done and how well my new system is performing - which they installed a year ago March at a great price. I can save this report and use it to track how well the system is performing over time - a great idea! Their annual maintenance contract is also priced right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody.

We have used this company for many years. They have always gone above and beyond. I am very thankful to not be hunting for a random company with a Valpak coupon when we experience a problem. We saved them in our contacts and it's never a question who we will call.

Homesense was a joy to work with from quote through install. Drew worked hard to understand our needs and get us a good quote and prompt timeline for the work. We felt heard and well informed through the 3 day install and removal process and cannot thank Andy and Ben enough for their thorough and beautiful work.
We have a small ~1,100 SF Bungalow and had the entire central heating and air removed and a 4 head mini split system installed. The system is clean (no forced air!), efficient, quiet and does not take up much room at all. We love it so far and I can highly recommend working with Homesense for your heating and cooling needs!. They are our local neighbors and treated us as such!

Kasey at Homesense is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, very dependable and detailed and conscientious with his work, explains things very well, he’s very polite and professional, he works hard and is punctual. Overall , his technical and communication skills are both outstanding! I Can’t imagine receiving any higher quality service than what Kasey delivered!

Kasey came out to repair our AC and he was personable, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem promptly and didn't break the bank. Highly recommend.

Ben and James were fantastic! Started with an easy phone scheduling. We had service scheduled within a week of calling. They were on time and texted and called to inform us they were headed our way! They did their very best to keep our floors clean and pick up after the job. Ben taught us some tips and tricks about keeping our system healthy and both men were super pleasant to interact with. Will definitely be using them again for all our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!
