Loved our technician! Tyree got to work quickly and did his job efficiently. Giving 4 stars because I was told prior to scheduling appt, that an air quality test would be done. He was here for 7 hours so maybe he just forgot. Also asked about him looking into my existing humidifier on the furnace. That also must have slipped his mind. We are so happy we chose Godby ❤

Kenny did a performance check on our a/c unit. He found we were low on coolant and brought us up to normal level. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

The team including Duwayne were fantastic! Went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as expected as part of a new installation and system clean-up after I inherited a mess from the previous homeowner.

Technician called ahead and arrived within the time window I was given when I made the appointment. He was very courteous and efficient. The dispatchers were very nice to talk to and worked with me to find an appointment time that I could work with. The invoice/receipt that I was given has all of the details listed on it, as well as my filter size. That is very helpful for record keeping. Overall, my experience with Godby HPE was wonderful and I would recommend their services.

We have been Godby customers for several years. They have performed plumbing repairs, replaced a hot water heater, installed a water softener and performed regular HVAC service. They are responsive, follow-up, and great to work with at a fair price!

Excellent customer service! Adam came to check my furnace and was professional, polite and thorough. He showed me to now replace the filters in my furnace and made recommendations that are simple and easy to follow. Even though he came for my furnace, he also checked my water heater and HVAC. Unfortunately there are some problems with the water heater, but he did not try to up sell me or push me to make any changes today. Highly recommend Godby!

Josh our electrician was phenomenal. He was professional and courteous, hard working and gave great advice as well. There's no question that we will be using Godby for all our electrical needs as well as plumbing and heating needs in the future . These are good people doing great work at very reasonable rates .
